Something about the second episode kind of irritated me:

When Chloe asked Clark was he the only half decent member of his race. Clark has done things to prove that he's more than half decent so I'm still wondering why she said that.

that's just a saying. I don't think she meant anything by it. It certainly wasn't meant to offend him.

I know but it just confused me. The dude has saved Earth ten times over. Nothing against Chloe though, I'm just confused by what she meant.

I think her remark was partly sarcastic, and the rest of it was an honest question. Every other Kryptonian that's appeared on the series (Nam-Ek, Aethyr, Zod, and the android Brainiac) have all been evil and extremely dangerous. She didn't know Kara's true motives (and neither do we at this point), so she wondered aloud, "Are you the only good one from that planet?"

I think that Kara is good & that Jor-El is only overeacting. I believe that her intentions are good & Jor-El is quite possibly testing him to see who he'll believe. Either way, I bet something big is planned for this season.

I agree. I think Clark and Kara will team up to defeat the villain for the season. Not sure who that is yet, but it could be
Brainiac

Don't worry, that's not a real big spoiler. In any case, I think that Brainiac may try to bring back Zod once again or may unleash some epic monster like Doomsday.

I wonder how Smallville would spin their Doomsday? There would probably be a twist with the way he looks.

I would want them to make him smart but still make him very monstrous. For Doomsday, we should get a two hour episode with a big ass fight scene that lasts at least 20 minutes. That'd be awesome.

Or maybe Zor-El has her doing something evil (maybe her objectives involve relaunching Brainiac?).

She may possibly unleash something that Zor-El has made her to believe is the right thing to do. All I know is that something big needs to happen that can top the last season finale.

i don't think the test is to stop Kara, i think its to watch over Kara and sort of lead her by his example so that Jor-El can see if he is ready to lead Earth. It would be a good twist of another twist.

Yeah, that's sort of what I meant. I know for sure Kara isn't evil. Besides, she looks so cute!
