Did anyone see what emma wore to the US premiere? Ughh. She usually looks sexy as hell but that dress is fugly!

I wasn't a fan of the short hair originally, but I think it's actually made her hotter. :wow::up:

I hated her short hair when I first saw it but it actually looks great on her.

Ha! Yes, I thought the same thing. The dress would've looked better if it was just the nude colored part without that other weird looking thing around it.

She looks like Alex Mack to me. And I really hope no one here is too young to know who I'm talking about.

:wow: Man, I hate you. :hrt:

Lol its those legs and that tore up shirt it just makes you weak. Me being a guy who likes a nice pair of legs on a girl that picture nearly sent me into cardiac arrest when I first found it.

I started assembling a Harry Potter print this afternoon. Sad news Batman fans; the hard-locked trailer wasn't the teaser that's causing Bat-Threads to stress servers. Happy Feet fans, on the other hand, might be pleased. There was a scope copy of the Happy Feet 2 teaser in front...

Then a gloomy horizon of peaks in the distance...
Distorted images fade in, fade out... Voldemort with the wand...
Light builds, fills the the picture, fades...
WB logo...

And then the movie. :oldrazz:

This is quite pathetic, but I'm about a $1.29 short on the iTunes download (it was more expensive than I expected!) If anyone who's accustomed to iTunes and wants to help a Bamfer out by gifting me just one of the tracks, private message me - I'll give you my e-mail address and be eternally grateful! Maybe I'll thank you in my signature!

Are you saying there is no Batman teaser with DH Part 2?! NYEEEAAAAAAHHHH!!!!!!!:cmad:

I'm saying don't get your hopes up. North American Batman fans stand a better chance of seeing that teaser, although for the rest of us I'd bet against it. At this point we're right on top of release and I haven't seen any 35mm or DCP copies of the teaser yet.

Someone in the the Teaser thread in the TDKR forums said he worked at a theater in the states and they are awaiting the encryption keys to unlock the teaser. IDK something will be up tomorrow if its legit. With the poster out something is coming. When, seems to be the question now.

The trailer will debut with the official premiere on Friday. That does not include pre-premieres.

You didn't see the trailer because the cinemas don't have it yet.

Wait, what? They have a teaser trailer ingested and they need a KDM for it???

Yeah... I already said that. I think you've missed parts of my posts. Specifically the parts where I'm referring to physically handling the polyester and portable drives rather than viewing anything.

I'll see it in about an hour. So far I've only inspected the opening frames of the movie and spliced the T1/H2 join before handing off to the night shift. The final inspection is the test run. These Potter movies can be a trick to assemble and with it going public the following night, and the patronage involved, we want it to be damn near perfect.

I cannot wait to see it!
For the last one in December, I went with a big group of friends from my seminary and other places to the first midnight showing, and had a great time. Then, starting a few months ago, the friend who kind of orchestrated that put up a facebook invite to do the same for Part 2. Even though I currently live about 3 hours away from the city where we did the first one, I'm still definitely doing it! I almost missed out, though.
See, a couple weeks ago, the friend who headed up the effort sent a memo asking me if I wanted him to get me a ticket for it. I said yes, and went on my way. Then, just last Sunday night, I got another memo on the event page basically saying that anyone who wants to go had better send a message saying so by that night, and my name wasn't on the list of those he had bought tickets for yet! I of course panicked, and sent desperate messages to everyone I could saying yes, buy me a ticket! So, a new message was put on the event page saying that not only did they get me a ticket, I and the other members of the group that got last- minute tickets got some of the last tickets before the theater in question was sold out! Major sigh of relief for me!
For the last several days, I've been having my own personal "Potter- fest," viewing all the previous films again in anticipation of it (The most recent one I did was "Goblet of Fire" yesterday, I'll be doing "Order of the Phoenix" today).
Thursday evening, we'll be having a big dinner party/ "Deathly Hallows Part 1" viewing before heading to the theater, I'll get loaded on caffeine to make sure I don't nod off, and assuming everyone from the group shows up, we should take up an entire row of seats in the theater!
It's gonna rule!

Verdict time...

I liked it.

Firstly, I'm no Potter fan, have never read the books, don't intend to, and the movies are a watch one time each affair for me.

Deathly Hallows pt. 2 was a bit of an oddly paced entity, not bad, just a little slow in the tale end. I had been anticipating the action to liven up more for the war story finale, but it maintained a slower, dreamier pace than what I thought it would while it continued to intensify. As a story in itself it was acceptable, but as something to round off the entire series I found it to be quite a satisfying finale. :yay:

Actually its been fully confirmed that it the TDKR teaser is with potter. Even the poster's out.

Only 3 more NYEEAAHHs away from opening day!

There is no person on this planet who can "fully confirm" that claim. Making such a claim will inevitably disappoint a great many people who come to expect something that you've erroneously claimed to be true.

It's with it.

a) it makes complete sense that WB's biggest movie this year will have a trailer for WB's biggest movie next year
b) people in the TDKR forums that work at theaters are posting their papers that came with HP prints and it includes the TDKR and Sherlock Holmes 2 trailers.
