props to whoever suggested Joaquin Phoenix, that was someone I hadn't thought of but would make a killer Two-Face.

I also like Keifer Sutherland because of his amazing gravelly voice. Talk about the PERFECT TWO-FACE voice. Check out "Phone Booth", in which he plays a great character over the phone.

Guy Pierce is one of those perfect candidates who is probably too perfect to get on the movie.

Portrayal of Two-Face is more important to me than Harvey Dent, because there is nothing about Harvey that I'm married to, I dont care if he's a redhead or if he's too tall or average, etc. He just shouldn't be fat, and should be a very good charismatic actor.

I really like the choice of Phoenix. In my opinion, he has everything that's required for this sort of role. I could also see him easily playing the duality of Dent. Even with his name only being mentioned once, and never heard of again, I hope that when casting for the role nears, his name emerges again.

Schreiber's still my number one choice (and seems to be a unanimous one at that judging from the current poll results), but if something keeps him from getting the role then Joaquin Phoenix would definitely be the way to go.

Actually, Phoenix was my second choice the whole time. Nice to know they're many others who share the same sentiment on here.

Phoenix, in my honest opinion, is the best choice on that list. Actualy, he's my favorite choice, period. He could pull it off perfectly...just watch Walk the Line. He pulls off the cool, caring aspect of his character, but just like that, he can be absolutley insane.

Joaquin Phoenix is my top choice for Dent. Like Bale and the rest of the crew from Batman Begins he's a great actor and is well known, but not so much so you'll be watching Joaquin instead of Dent. He's definately way up there for me.

Clive Owen? He's my number two, though in my mind, he'd be a brilliant choice for Black Mask. I don't know, there's just something to him that says Roman Sionis in my mind.

Either way I'm happy, I'll just be happier with Phoenix

I think Phoenix definitely has the chops to pull of Harvey Dent. That scene in Walk the Line, where he pulled that sink out of the wall in a rage? UNSCRIPTED. He just ripped an ordinary sink out of an ordinary wall.

But for me, my first choice will always be:

McDreamy!

Realistically - Schreiber, Phoenix, Sewell.
