I coudn't find it maybe it was deleted or something jeez.

I just checked the whole BB Sequel forum pages and no there isnt a Two-Face Casting thread at the moment except for this one.

I also recongnized the Black Mask one lol.

I didn't see any Two_Face casting threads before this one.

There was a Harvey Dent poll awhile ago, look back and you'll find it.

Anyway, here's my top five:

1) Liev Schreiber

My top choice, and a fantastic actor. Liev has always managed to impress me. He has shown he has the ability to hold his own against veterans such as Mel Gibson and Denzel Washington, and he looks exactly like Tim Sales' Harvey. He will own the part of Dent.

2. Denzel Washington

Yes, Denzel is in his 50s'. But that doesn't matter one bit. First of all, he looks 15 years younger. Second of all, he's an amazing actor. He excels at playing heroic types like Dent, but he played an awesome bad guy in Training Day. Combine those two personalities and you have yourself Two-Face. The only problem is that he is way too famous to play a supporting role like Dent, but he'd be awesome.

3. Keifer Sutherland
keifer-sutherland.jpg

I am a huge Keifer Sutherland fan. I love his films and I love him on 24. I actually initially thought he'd be a better Joker, but then I realized he was far better for Harvey Dent. He can nail down the short temper perfectly, plus he would look awesome in the makeup. My one qualm is the same one I have with Denzel: he's too much of a big name. People will say, "ooh, there's Jack Bauer as Harvey Dent", instead of, "ooh, there's Harvey Dent!" That being said, I'd love to seem him do it.

4. Joaquin Phoenix

I noticed that when I was putting together my top five, no one on there was around Bale's age group. So I tried to find an actor around the same age as Bale. I initially thought about Leo DiCaprio, but I soon realized how great he'd be as Black Mask, so I saved him as my choice for that role. So I decided to go for Joaquin Phoenix. He is 31, the same age as Bale, so he'd make a good contrast. Plus, he's an amazing actor. He's not my top choice, but I wouldn't complain if he was cast.

5) Al Pacino

Yes, yes, I know he's way too old, but I still think Al would make a fantastic Two-Face. He's my favorite actor after Jack Nicholson, and he was always my dream choice for the role. His flair for playing short tempered characters makes me think he would've owned the role 10-15 years ago. Ah well, guess there's always hope for a DKR movie.

ANTHONYNASTI those are great choices,Liev Shrieber all the way.

Now that you mention him, Joaquin Phoenix would make a very good Two-Face. He has the right face structure. Plus, Joaquin is good in any role that he's put into. I vote for Phoenix all the way!!!!!!!!!!!!

guy pearce.

he was great in memento. i thought he'd be a great batman, but he'd be a great two-face as well.

Vince Vaughn. He can play the nice guy(Swingers, Dodgeball). And he can play the mean guy(Domestic Disturbance, Psycho).

I like these three.

I'll always want Sutherland for The Question, which is also DC, so that would be a problem, but I think he'd make a great Dent.

I don't think Schreiber is a good idea. The way I see it, Dent is supposed to be a nice guy/public figure who generally comes across as charming, friendly, approachable. It isn't until he gets scarred that he becomes psycho. Say what you want about Schreiber, but I've never thought of him as charming or approachable.

Pheonix is a good idea. I think he's very talented and can definitely play the duality of the part probably better than most others.

I like Guy Pearce because he can do good-looking and political as well as scary and brooding.

Denzel can certainly do it as well. He's the very picture of a nice guy most of the time, and can be pretty evil too. Something tells me, though that he might not want to do it.

For me it's a question of Pheonix, Pearce, and Sutherland. But if I had complete control of all DC movies, I'd opt to put Sutherland elsewhere. This is kind of a dumb reason for not wanting him, so I'll say I want him.

Wouldve LOVED Pacino in 1980.

People need to quit picking actors who look like the characters without thinking of their acting chops. Sutherland is a borderline decent actor, with tons of stinker performances. He doesn't have the talent or dedication.

If, in fact, Harvery Dent is in the sequel (has it been confirmed?), I think he should have psychological unbalance before he becomes scarred, much like how BTAS treated Harvey Dent/Two-Face. He should be charming to the outside world, to be sure, but he should have some inner trouble. It makes the event more dramatic (I think), and it makes more sense.

As for my choices for the role, I prefer Joaquin Phoenix and Liev Schriber.

But I have faith that the part will be casted perfectly. After all, Nolan rocks.

I'm really more concerned about how Harvey Dent will be introduced. He needs to be a good friend of Bruce's, but since he wasn't touched on at all in BB, it might be difficult to pull off. He'll probably be Rachel Dawes' boyfriend or something.

^ I agree with him being a little weird to start off, but its important that the public sees him as charming. I don't see schreiber as charming. I think Pheonix is best for this role.
