The Dark Knight Harvey Dent/Two Face Thread

Cool...but I'm seriously going to make sure not to post a lot in any of the threads in TDK forum. I've done a good job so far not spoiling myself, and don't want to do so less than a week before the movie comes out. I want to stay in the dark & not really know a lot about the movie.

I think it takes place right before the warehouse scenes. It looks to me like Wuertz is holding Dent's coin. It seems like Wuertz has a role in this aspect of Dent's scarring which is why Two Face goes after him later in the bar.
He's holding a police badge.

Good strategy. Same here.

So in regards of the new Gotham Tonight, if this has been discussed please direct me to where, but anyone pick on Dent's frantic and worried expression when the bank heist crime was announced? I found it to be not of concern, but of a parinod nature as if he knows something about it already. Anyones elses thoughts??

Very nice interview. I think Aaron had hard time few times in it, because he wanted to explain something, yet to not reveal anything about his character. I mean, they really try to hide his story until the movie, which is great. Also did anyone notice how he didn't say how he get scarred? Interesting.

he had a hard time because the woman's interview skill's made the video harder to watch than "the happening"....she didnt even ask questions, she just defined harvey's character to aaron and then waited for a response. what the hell! i think the actor who played the character would know what the character was all about!

she says "in this movie you play harvey dent, who has a very interesting dynamic from batman"....STOP THERE! LET THE ACTOR EXPLAIN THE DYNAMIC, NOT YOU TELLING HIM THE ANSWER HE ALREADY KNOWS!

people chastized bale for being quite visibly annoyed by her, but i dont blame him.

Lol, on another forum for the longest another member tried to argue with me that Dent will die for sure in TDK, despite there being toy pics, pics of Two-Face himself in the movie, & confirmation from Nolan himself.

lol well....

Two-Face does die

then why are you in the spoilers section?

I figured out another way they could bring Two-Face back for the 3rd film. The begining of the film will deal with how Batman and Gordon cover up the murders Two-Face commit. [blackout]So Two-Face doesn't really die[/blackout], and they send him to Arkham Asylum as part of the cover up. All this would happen through Nolan's trademark flashbacks. At some point he escapes Arkham with his face wrapped in bandages(think Hush).

Can anyone tell me without giving to much away if the film suggests that Harvey is somewhat bad/has the ability to kick ass before he is scarred? For example in Batman Year One you see in Dents office that he has a weight bench or something similar and Gordon remarks that "You must like to keep in shape" and in The Long Halloween he is rather cold in how he regards the murder of the mobsters. Please dont spoil anything, just is there a noticable dark side to Harvey before he turns?

If we're gonna play games I'm gonna grab a cup of coffee.

Yes, he does.

Well this went off topic.

How about that Two-Face?

Oh yeah, Two-Face. Two faces are better than one, especially when both will kill you so........... yeah Two-Face rocks. Thats on topic right?

Considering the state he is in......

when he allegedly dies (I hope there is a twist) it is probably safe to assume he will have a closed casket

I wonder if we'll ever see an official pic released by WB.

Possibly not, seems like they've went rather far to keep this one a big surprise. Can't blame them. Although I do wonder if we'l see a Two-Face model, similar to the "Joker on a pack of cards" one.
