As for Dent, Eckhart's portrayal was incredible, and he was the second best actor of the movie, but everyone was still on their A game. I'd love for him to return, and I hope Nolan really considers it.

I saw TDK again and i noticed that when Joker is talking to harvey if you looked to the back of the room you can see an xray of harveys face and a cat scan of the left side of his brain, do you think they were looking for potential brain trauma like hmmm i dunno a multiple personality?

That's the character's name in french: Double-face or Pile-ou-Face, it depends.

He seems to have a stress disorder and some anger problems maybe anxiety before he turns into two-face. It didn't seem like he had multiple personalities in TDK, but maybe Two Face was just blooming. If they brought him back it would be cool for him to have multi personalities. I would like for each of them not to know what the other was going to do next like his mind is split completely down the middle. Two face is creative and harvey is smart. He could believe that he has no control over his other personality and believe that it is another person.

I dont think so really. Most people will think so however I believe his performance was on par with both Bale and Heath. Aaron brought the character to life just how I wanted it. Of course its to be expected that his performace will be overshadowed by Heath since his joker left such an overpowring performace. I personally think that both (Ledger, and Eckhart) gave amazing performances as arguably the two greatest villians in the Batman mythos.
