I remember when I thought his accent was going to bother me. Boy was I wrong.

Coster is something else thats for sure. The guy oozes charisma. I look forward to his future projects post GOT.

I was reading a comprehensive list of all the changes, all the little extra scenes and bits of dialogue the TV series has made to the books (only got to somewhere past the beginning of season 2) and there are lot of really great improvements. I'm reading the books at the moment and I kind of want to edit some bits of dialogue which have been improved. Shows someone is reading these with an eagle eye for detail and really looking to improve on it as they convert it to TV rather than just rely solely on the greatness of the source material. That kind of thing should be enough to put the TV show roughly on par with the books when you consider the great stuff in the books that won't be able to get translated across.

Probably my favourite change in the TV series is the decision to have Arya and Tywin share scenes at Harrenhaal. I'm actually at the part in A Clash of Kings where Tywin and his posse are leaving the place and I'm kind of bummed there wasn't something similar in the books as well. It is "compensated" in the scene where Arya's observing Tywin though, and notes the look in his eyes that reminds him of her father. Really good writing!

I still miss Arya being around Roose.

When the Roose gets Loose, **** gets hectic.

Arya with Roose? ahahahahahahahaha no

That's not in the books? Wow. The guy responsible for all those deaths in her family reminds her of her father. That's some nice conflict.

I wish the Bloody Mummers had as much character on the show as in the books. They were all kinds of insane. Seeing Roose interact with Robb and Karstark in the field made up for lack of Roose in Harrenhal.

Is this thread even suppose to make sense at this point? :funny:

When the show airs I feel like we are grounded but right now its just absurdity mixed with "OMG a new preview!" every once and a while.

you both need to find the right perspective.

That is probably because sexton is confronted with the dreaded reality of how insignificant Stannis and Davos are on the show. :csad:

That mouth could be doing so many more things than asking after her dragons
