Well said, father.

Ya know, I used to hate you until I realized the irony of your package to the Greyjoy's.

Good show. Very well done.

Yeah, I used to hate myself as well. Why was I doing this and why did I find it entertaining?

But in the end, I finally realised how fun it was to troll Balloon Greyjoy like that. It was like that old man was getting a taste of his own medicine. That's the perfect art of trolling. Of course, most of the things I've done are actually helpful.

If Ray Stephenson or Liev Schreiber arent Victarion, with Gabriel Byrne and Damphair... D&D will be flayed alive and have their favorite toys removed

Gabriel Byrne is doing Vikings, so he's probably not a realistic option. Stephenson would be good, but both he and Schreiber will probably be busy with movies.

Gabriel Byrne's character on Vikings died back in season 1 so he is free unless he has another show or movie I'm not aware of.

Schreiber has his own show on Showtime. The fantastic Ray Donovan.

Yeah Bryne's character is dead.

Ray Stevenson's not stranger to HBO and a couple of his Rome castmates are already in the show, plus he's got nothing ahead of him in terms of films or tv commitments.

Ah, I haven't seen any of it, I think DirecTV still lists him in the episode descriptions which made me think he was still involved.

Forgot about that show, more reason he probably won't be in Game of Thrones. Vicatarion is a cool character, but I think he's one where a good number of actors could play him well.

YES.

Ray Stephenson was awesome on Dexter. Christian Camargo for Euron :word:

Vikings is a really good show. If you find you don't have anything to watch it's worth catching up on. It's impossible to jump into the middle of it tho. Years pass between some episodes.

Finished a Feast for Crows.

It was an enjoyable read, save for the Iron Island chapters, which dragged...majorly. As soon as...Dragons arrives in the mail, I intend to finish it before S4 airs.

Reek, Reek, it rhymes with weak! PUHHHHLEEAASSSSEEEE!!!!!

have you watched the show?

Well of course. Actually, I know all the big spoilers. All the deaths and everything. I read all the synopses on Wikipedia right after season 1 ended on an impulse. Kinda regret it now but this book has been so good so far that I don't really care. I just stopped after the first Tyrion chapter and I already feel like I'm liking it much more than the show.

i had trouble reading book 1 after season 1 lol it was all too familiar.

Some of the Ned chapters are a lot more interesting than what we saw on the show, if only because of the backstory it alludes to.

I meant to watch season 1, but it seems DirecTV took it off On-Demand when season 2 started.

Yeah, you're not gonna find any HBO stuff on Netflix anytime soon...

When there's stuff to discuss, we discuss it. When someone wants to talk about the books, we really get into that. Hell, there's pages of discuss dedicated to Dany popularity and worth as a human being, Stannis' adaption on the show, plotlines in the future books. When a new trailer or tv spot comes out, we're drooling over it like everyone else.

But when there's been weeks of nothing overly relative or meaningful to discuss then the Gifs add a bit of life to the place. When the promotion and hype kicks into gear and when the show itself airs obviously the gifs are gonna die down, because there'll be something to actually discuss.

But most of the times, the giff are just getting in the way of discussions that are happening at the moment these are being posted.
