I really thought Cavill was great in MoS, and I expected (or at least hoped) to see that carry over into BvS. Unfortunately, I felt like BvS was really only concerned with building up this new Batman and trying to outdo what Nolan did with the character. But hopefully Supes will be featured prominently in JL (Jesus Christ, give Cavill some dialogue, will you?) and that will lead into his new solo film.

Agreed. Especially that last part. Cavill and Amy on Krypton in Kryptonian wardrobe on a cool set with cool props just Netflix and chilling will more than make up for that for me. If the For The Man Who Has Everything arc happens that is.

I think it was a brilliant move to incorporate this elaborate pattern, that adds depth to Kryptonian culture.

Yeah those are the sorta films I enjoy most. I love being able to find new details even after the film has already come out. I know JL will be more straightforward, but hopefully Snyder loads it up with little details throughout.

Far less of a wait than what we had to endure for BvS. We can do this!

Good to mention that the detail is different, almost worn out compared to the BvS suit. So it's defs a different suit.

I'm excited, they're using the classic Superman resurrection costume. Yet another reason why I love Snyder - he really pulls from the comics. Hoping they remain true to the S being very prominent. If done right, just like the classic Batman gray and black, that costume with more detail could be truly amazing in live action.

I just hope that he's not wearing the black suit for the final battle, otherwise we'll never get to see him in action with the JL while wearing his normal costume.

I would like it if it's indeed a nod to the black resurrection suit from the RETURN OF story from the comics. That said... Let's remember that Clark was wearing one in the telepathic scene he had with Zod in MOS. It could indicate the need for some delving into Superman's mind during the process of his return.
