Sigh... it's hunting. Not genocide. Those pictures and that attitude are shared by many who hunt as a hobby. I don't do it, don't like but it's a free fricking country and animal rights ideologies do not have to be followed. It's wrong to expect or insist anyone follow your practices and it's even more wrong to hate on someone for the practices of the person he/she is dating.

For all we know, Henry is becoming aware of this with everyone else and might break up with her as a result.

It's their goal of his "fans". don't doubt it. I don't like that activity, don't like them to post pics, but I don't even know what happened and I don't pretend to "guess". I mean imagine that an actress who loves animals starts dating with a bullfighter. And like ISS said she's young and Henry can be a good influence for her... I understand Elle is passionate about animals and I'm not going to dismiss her feelings but I do think that it's unfair to put all of the girl's actions, before he even met her, on him. I'm a meat eater but no I don't care for hunting animals for sport. I think it's a pretty darn pointless thing to do now or days.

You make a fair point, though it does tell something about Cavill if he indeed suddenly doesn't care about animal rights because of her. It makes him pliable at best and hypocrite at worst. But as you said, we don't know much about the whole thing, so it would be wrong to assume anything, much less claim something and start calling names.

But I disagree about being it wrong to insist a change of certain practices. Hunting for hobby is one of the most sickening and perverse concepts ever. Hunting should be done solely for the purpose of getting supplied with food and skin and any real hunter respects the nature he's taking from and the animals he kill enough to not do it excessively and without reason.

Insisting on abandoning such a perverse practice should be done by everyone, everywhere, in my opinion.

Sport hunting, yeah, but hunting in general us actually very important I grew up in a rural area. Never hunted myself, but it was something that was desperately needed. With no wolf population, the deer got out of control, and it was dangerous. The number of car accidents alone could show you that.

Of course, all my friends who did hunt used the entire animal. They ate the meat or donated it.

Dating with a girl who we don't know if she indeed practiced, used to practice that activity doesn't mean that he can't date her. He can date whoever he wants...

Again, I'm a hater of that "activity" (when is used as a sport... but when is used for feed family members, to feed hunger I don't see it the same way I don't like it, but I understand contrary when is used to "destress" or "entertain" some people) but I see unfair to say that if he dates with a "hunter" that makes him a pilable or hypocrite.

Henry dating this girl doesn't mean he approves or has abandoned his principles. And while I agree hunting should abolished, it is legal and nobody should hate on a person so violently for engaging in legal activity. These loony fans need to chill.

Where is the proof that he has hunted for sport with this girl or anyone else recently? If he has yeah he is a hypocrite and I still am going to be waiting with baited breath to see him in BvS but if not then no he isn't and I am still going to be waiting with baited breath to see him in BvS.

The world isn't black and white, you can't only expect people to hang around people who they 100℅ agree with on everything.

No it actually doesn't, cause HE'S NOT PRACTICING THAT THING. If he would do that then I could see it... otherwise no. and as I've told you we don't know if she continues to do that or maybe Henry changed her... I don't know and I don't care. While I respect that you don't need to care for the individual person from an actor, I saw Henry as a real nice guy and that thing didn't change my opinion.
