Superman inspired the Dark Knight to be a better man in BvS and Bruce is going to owe it to him to honor him.

That's not playing second fiddle. In the slightest. What if it was the other way around with Superman wanting to do nothing but honor Batman? Fans would crap a brick.

Nonsense in my opinion. By doing what? [BLACKOUT]They were best buddies after saying 2 lines to each other, Superman speared Doomsday, died in the process. Where's the inspiration there?

I liked Waynes line at the end[BLACKOUT] "I've failed him in life, I won't fail him in death", but I didn't like it in the film, considering they were buds for 2 minutes after about 3 lines of dialogue I fail to see how anyone can emotionally invested in the whole thing to care enough about that.[/BLACKOUT]

It's so unbelievably sloppy, and so poorly written that it actually angers me that a big money blockbuster has resulted in this quality of product.

This is just ********. And yeah, this doesn't bode well for Superman's ****ing screen time either. Look what happened to Luke Skywalker, who while the main focus of everyone's thoughts in TFA, was only in the film for less than a ****ing minute.

And of course, Snyder had to say that who knows what Superman will return like.

Snyder deserves every bit of hatred and criticism that he receives from fans and critics alike. Every time he opens his mouth, he only spews out ******** and complete nonsense.

And what's worse is that he actually proceeds to go about doing it without caring on how others will feel/respond to it.

Man, Superman's glory days are ****ing over. It died with this film. We're going to have to wait for a new DC Universe to be rebooted to see Superman done justice for both his own films and in his relationship to the JL because people won't be seeing it here.

This has undoubtedly become a Bat-Centric Universe. What's the point of Superman even joining the JL anyway. They can do fine without him.

I guess Cavill was lying as well about the whole "Superman and Batman will argue over leadership". Can't blame him since the original draft/script must be ****ing ******** for Superman's character.

The thing is though, it's not a case where he phrases things badly. He literally speaks out his mind and goes about doing it. So if he says something stupid, then it normally results in him doing something stupid.

And his excuse for that will always be..."I wanted it to be Mythological"

Not your fault that herolee is a man-child. I'm actually glad you shared it, that little bit of information was interesting to me. I was just thinking how he will now go on and spread his worries to other threads and lo and behold... he's already done it in the JL thread.

The ending of BvS was well done. It pay way for a Superman who is no longer conflicted and except the world as it is. His glory day is just about to start in JL. No need to overreact.

After reading the whole article instead of what someone posted earlier (which went by "snyder said he killed Supes so that Batman could be the JL leader" and had me wanting to punch him) I thought it made sense.
But looks like Batman will only start recluding them and having a hard time doing it 'cause he's not Superman

As long as Supes comes back and takes his place as the leader It's ok

When Civil War comes out, I'm going to migrate there. I think I'm just going to become a full fledged member of the MCU films. No more DC films or materials (aside from The Flash and LOT) for me from now on.

Snyder may as well have said the same thing to Superman that Superman did to Batman upon their first encounter:

"Neck time fans call for your name towards the sky, don't go to it. The Superman is dead. Buried. Consider BvS Mercy".

Yeah. It was always so awkward to watch his interviews. He has improved in recent years but he's always been terrible giving interviews and trying to express himself, I used to think he had some problem.
