After seeing this X3 I would want to know how Vaughn's movie would have been like. To see if it holds up to Singer's.

Yeah that would have been interesting, again we'll never know i guess.

Wouldn't it be great if...

...Angel had at least a bigger part than what he was hyped up to be?

...Beast also considered taking the cure?

...Rogue somehow absorbed Jean's power? even for a minute? hmm...

Wasn't it vaughn's idea to have leech in a back pack and clinging to someone's back? I mean think about it, leech is like a 12 year old kid. how the hell can u put a kid a back pack. stupidest idea i've ever heard. lol. Reminds me of a rip off of Yoda on Luke's back - sort of except Yoda is tiny and can easily FIT IN A GODDAMN BACK PACK. LOL.

But he also came up with Angel's opening flashback.

okay yeah. but still. the other idea wouldn't have worked anyway unless if Nightcrawler was in the movie, he could teleport behind Jean with leech clinging to his ...er wait nvm. Sometimes I forget that Leech cancels out nightcrawler's power. oh well.

Leech would come in handy later after they rescue Jean and try to teach her to control herself and cope with what happened. If ever it seemed there was a danger of her about to lose control or do something dangerous, just have Leech sit down next to her. You'd still have a pretty ticked off Jean, but at least then her main weapons would be her fingernails and teeth instead :D

On the other hand, instead of transporting Leech, NightCrawler could teleport Rogue instead. Just have her take her gloves off, roll up her sleeves, and give Jean a giant, power-sucking bearhug. Then you can bring in Leech.

 Then what would happen to Rogue?
My dear, THAT's the part you save for X4!!!

Meanwhile, Hey eyes turn gold, she clutches her head, screams out, and with fire and energy radiating from her, she flies off leaving everyone else at Alcatraz.

Magneto is defeated, Jean is safe, the rest of the team is safe, but their problems are not over. Scott is still missing, and no one knows what happened to Rogue or where she is. After returning to Westchester, Logan packs his bag, and once again sets off on a solo journey, to find Rogue. He swore he'd protect her, and he won't change his mind now. He promises to call them, especially Bobby if he finds anything.

What happens next after this scene? Do they find Rogue? Do they find Scott? Does Jean recover? Is Magneto gone for good? What new threats and challenges await them? That's X4

^She'd be a hero.:)

That would certainly be a nice leap showing her character development and maturity. The team has given her so much and was happy to do it, and it would be a fitting way to pay them back. certainly beats her becoming a whiny teenager upset that she can't have sex with her BF

You better start writing a full script for it, young man:up:

Are you going to help me? After all, a proper team story requires a team effort to put together. I see from your blog that you have a talent for drawing, which could come in handy :)

Hasta luego!

Made by the x-3 team it wont matter.

lets get this topic back on a roll. we need more people to realise that this movie needs to be re-made with singer at the helm. if more people start to agree then something might actually be done.

Wrong. This movies does not need to be re-made, and nothing will happen if fan boys unite to say it does. Because it didn't satisfy your need for this film, doesn't mean it wasn't a good movie. The critics loved it. It made a lot of money. It wasn't a failure in the least.

I'm glad people like you value other members' opinions enough to say that you need more people to think this was a bad movie; as if that is the way it really is. It isn't. :down

while we are talking about remaking the last movie why not restart the whole friggin francise and i dont know make a real xmen movie using the characters the way the are written instead of raping them and making them all weak and useless except wolvie of course , though he was watered down pretty good also

None of them were weak, in the least. If anything, the movies made them into characters that are more like real people; instead of campy superheroes. In terms of powers, accusing the characters of being weak is also incorrect. Sure, Bobby could have used a better sense of humor, Cyclops could have used more screen time, Storm could have used a consistent accent, Rogue could have been a bit more sassy - but none of these make these characters worth re-doing... You can thank the X-Men Film Franchise for giving us real, human characters in the likes of these mutants.

Well...actually most of the critics were pleased with the movie but they consider X1 and X2 to be better.

Like Batman said, don't let people discourage you. And most definitely, don't be intimidated by people to accept something you consider sub-par or mediocre when you and others know it could be better.

This wasn't my argument, just to clear this up. All I said was that people shouldn't have to "realise" this movie is bad; let people think want they want. If they don't like the movie, that's cool. But the ones that do like it shouldn't be told that they shouldn't... ya get what I'm sayin'? :p

no they were weak, if they fought their comicbook selves they(the movie versions) would get the butts handed to them and quick. i dont care about they had to be made more real crap, it isnt realistic to have knives coming out of ones hands or lasers out of anothers eyes. if we can disbelieve they could do it at all then why power it down to be more believable. maybe supes should have been jumping everywhere so it would be more believeable since we really cant fly lol

oh and the comics have been giving us realistic human interaction for several years thats why they have such a big following and every one moans when their favorite character dint get his just deserves

Correct! It's not their powers that make them larger than life, but their courage, hearts, and will to survive. The flaws are still there to show they're not perfect or above humanity's limitations, and to help us identify with them, since alot of their problems are still realistic and ones we can identify with. But powers and special abilities should not be ignored either. Toning things down to a manageable, realistic level is fine, but when you water it down too much, you end up with chars which are a pale shadow of their former selves. Especially when you end up with heroes who make promises they either don't intend or cannot keep. And that makes for weak storytelling.
