How do I post colored art at its full size?

Without losing all it's detail, that is. I've seen plenty of posts on plenty of message boards with h-u-g-e pictures in full color and in hi-rez, but photobucket always resizes mine. Any advice?

www.imageshack.us is great, doesn't resize (unless you want it to, be sure to unclick the resize option).
