I don't know who's more to blame because they basically said that the premiere was the beginning of the end, regardless of whether this was the last season or not. But I feel like by doing what they did and basically showing the mother in person already, they've pretty much built it up to the point where people will grow impatient as they wait to see her, which is most likely going to happen in the finale.The thing about that is, it's going to be so ****ing unceremonious, because they've probably already written about 3/4 of the season already, maybe even more, who knows?
Like I said before, this decision should've been made already. Taking it down to the wire like this is just stupid.
But at the same time, CBS still hasn't made a decision it seems as though they have the final say, meaning the producers either stick to the plan of saving the mother for last, or folding their cards by revealing the mother this season and moving forward from there for next season.
