How much physical harm will SandMan cause Spider-Man?

As a way to defeat Sandman. Remember Venom eventually helped defeat Carnage.

Wait but spiderman doesn't kill wait JMS changed that.:(

Ock looked good and dead to me.

to me he looked unconscience, just like he was after the first accident. during the second one at least there was water to soften the blow. during the first one there was a containment breach. the tentacles didn't even look damaged although the circuitry could have been. He very well could have survived.

Not dead there is no proof its what some people call a "SHANE" moment cus you dont know if he is or isnt and that comparison is for all those movie junkies out there

Well when you have heavy arms on your back that can never come off and they no longer work and your going to the bottom of the water real fast that means dead to me.

Who said they dont work? There was never a break down.

How do you know they didn't work? they never showed any evidence that the arms stopped working. yeah they weren't doing anything, but there was nothing for them to grab onto anyways. once he hit the bottom which very well might not have been very deep considering they were so close to shore, the tentacles could have dragged him onto shore.

Exactly again:up:

And i dont think you would want to kill a villian off before giving him a second wind.

Well.... to get technical.... how would Spider-Man ever beat Doctor Octopus, realistically? Or Venom? Or Electro? Or almost all of the other major villains?

That's part of the fun, when the villains are that much more powerful than the hero and it becomes an uphill battle for survival.... that's when things get interesting. ;)

Whats great is spider-man use to beat the bad guys in smart ways like with sandman no one would ever thank of that. But now spider-man isn't treated like he is smart any more its sad really people seem to forget he is a teacher.

No realisitically Spider-Man and Dock Ock are evenly matched. They both can climb walls, hit hard, and hit fast.

Ock has more arms to hit you with, but Spider-Man has a spider-sense. In reality I think Spider-Man would have an advantage over Doc Ock simply because the spider-sense when combined with super strength has got to be one of the most powerful abilites out there next to Sandman and Professer Xavier of course.

With Electro spider-man simply has to dodge hits and bolts of electricity and find something that doesn't conduct electricity to hit him with. again the spider-sense would come in handy.

with Venom? Venom basically is just a larger and stronger version of himself with the same powers.

Its also intersting when the villains are far more casual about killing.

Sandman should turn himself into a sand-storm and dive up Spidey's nostrils and into his lungs. Then he should expand and expand until spidey suffocates and eventually explodes in a shower of shredded organs, bone and soft flesh.
Then Venom should come down and slurp up the remains bit by bit, lapping up the blood from the floor.
He should then poo Spidey out and a dog should come and eat that.

Just a thought.
