How Will Bruce Wayne Return?

If Bruce ever gets "rescued". He might stay, or he might find his own way. I, persnally, wanna know how the Justice League will react to this.

I wonder how Bruce will consider becoming a vigilante again. I mean he broke his 1 rule on Darkseid and thats probably the reason he chose to die, becase if he tries to convince his mind that "that was one special case" then he can do that all the time practically? Kill Joker to save millions and so on and so on. Can Bruce live like this? Its an really interesting question when we find more about whats up with Bruce.

Joker: OMG!!! BATSY!!! *in tears* YOUR BACK!! I WISH I KNEW HOW TO QUIT YOU!!

Batman: I'm sacred.... and slightly aroused...

I think most writers will be able to use the fact that Bruce used a gun as a motivator for Bruce to be something better than he was before.

Go watch TDK again.

Clarification: I meant how will Joker react to the disappearance. Crime Spree? Epiphany? Suicide? Will he try to help find him?

In the past, the Joker has gone "sane" whenever Batman goes missing. It pretty much seems like the Joker needs Batman.

Of course, under Morrison, the Joker couldn't tell the difference between Bruce Wayne/Batman and the impostor Batman who shot the Joker in the face. It could be that the Joker won't care that it's not Bruce. Any Batman will do.

And finally, it seems like the Joker (from Batman:A Death in the Family) knows Bruce is Batman, but doesn't care or thinks Bruce is the mask and Batman is the real personality. And again, that suggests he doesn't care and will continue to be Dick Grayson's nightmare.

i dont care how he will return, i just want to know when. Ive been trying to get into these stories but its been hard for me to do so. Im still one of the people who says Bruce can only be Batman, because he IS Batman. I hope they dont drag this out like they're doing for Captain America. I want Bruce back and i want it to be soon

Batman is an ideal, and also how do you know Bruce would wish to continue as Batman after committing a murder? Its stupid how Marvel apparently after 2 years is already returning Steve Rogers from the dead, but he might not stay as Captain America or he and Bucky will both remain as captain americans.

If there is one tihng I hate about DC, it's the ridiculous ideal that murder "taints" you, as well as an abusive background. Just look at Cass Cain, who turned evil because.....her dad was evil? She killed someone once?

Heck, I was practically cheering when WW snapped Max Lord's neck, so I'lll be fine with Batman continuing on after killing someone.

But Batman never killed. Morrison even said so in the interviews posted on Newsarama. The rule Bruce broke was that of using firearms, NOT of comitting murder.

And I would hope with all of Tim's world wide searching that he is somehow responsible for Bruce's return. It'd be nice if when s*** happened to Tim he was able to grow from it and channel his experiences productively, instead of staying in a stagnat angst driven mood.

Aha okay i missed that Newsarama info then. :p

Even if you didn't read that interview the story itself clearly has him critically wound Darkseid setting him up to fall at the hands of Superman and Wonder Woman. I really have no clue how people who actually read that story think Batman murdered. Then again we're talking about a storyline that confused the **** out of like 50% of the people that read it so I guess I stand corrected.

Well Batman was a critical part in it, thats why i found the whole "gotcha" thing more ironic, because i saw him murdering the god of evil there, not breaking a rule to shoot the god of evil. :P

Of course, 'twas all in vain, as we all know that Darkseid is too great a character to keep dead.

Eh, I wouldn't say that. I enjoy the character of Darkseid, but his return won't really be because of his 'greatness' but because some other DC writer down the road has an idea for a story involving him and will bring him back for it. Just like they've done for Bucky, and Jason, and Jean Grey countless times.

I just don't see it Batman hit him hard so that Wonder Woman could use her lasso to basically exorcise him from Turpin's body leaving Superman to destroy his aura with his super high note. But I don't see Darkseid being gone for good either even if the 4th world got some great closure with that series it's obviously left open to be further explored.

I think Tim will find an ancient maniuscript in the Batcave from Bruce telling him that he is in the past and that he is ok and not to come and get him. Of course Tim ignores him and goes back to the past to find Bruce. While there they mix it up with the great, great, great, etc. grandfather of the Joker and end up esaping back to the future in the nick of time.
