I agree with Llama Shepherd on all accounts. I'm only 23, I have yet to see more than a handful of "feminine" teenage guys. I have yet to see any outside the emo kids, which isn't all that much of a group. Softer? Somewhat since there's no need to really grow up fast or to be the most macho man out there anymore. But feminine? Not in the least. It's just more... as Shepherd said "boyish" - we're granted more time to grow up. Thus the youthful energy remains. Also "gaydar" is a really out-dated concept dude, it's built upon a rare stereotype - some LGBT guys are like that, but most? You wouldn't even know it just by looking at them, whereas some non-LGBT guys (straight guys) actually do fulfill that stereotype.
