I don't think they'd use Joker-related cell phones to recruit campaign volunteers for Harvey Dent.

The field on the IBIHD page also asks for a phone number, so we'll probably get a call maybe from Harvey Dent himself in the days to come.

Nah, WB would never make it exclusive to the cell phone people. That's probly true though that they wouldn't use Joker phones for Harvey Dent's campaign......or would they???
