I'm going to consider the next post I see asking for a PM about leaked pics to be asking for probation.
Since those pics are not to be posted here (at the prospect of 4 months off), asking about them in an open forum is just spam. AFAIK, talking about them regarding impressions to the makeup issue is fine, but this repetition of requests is going to stop

To be honest, I think the Mods around here need to start appreciating their members a heck of a lot more. I see a lot of people being banned for the goddamn fun of it, and it's quite pathetic.I totally understand and respect your decision, if the pics aren't allowed. You need to think about some people's situation. For example, I'm in the UK. I waited up until 3am for new developments, and got nothing. I go to bed, get up at 9am. And I discover that, at around 5:30am, a bunch of new Joker pics went up, and were quickly taken down. Fortunately, I was able to find the pics elsewhere, but not everyone was so lucky.
When unsuspecting posters come onto the board, and find everyone talking about these great new pictures they've seen, of course the natural response is "Can I see them too?" Is a 2 month ban for this really the appropriate alternative to "No you can't, sorry?"
I was under the illusion that WB can only "shut the site down" if the pictures are posted, publicly. If they can still demolish the site, for the pictures being shared, privately, then fair enough...
Teach them to read stickied warnings at the top of the page then won't it.

A thousand posts asking for pics, with several thousand replies of "Ha ha you don't have them" "Quit Pming me for the pics" "Quit asking for the pics" etc......is excessive spam and alerts the WB lawyers to the site....which is never a good thing.
I agree. I had a detailed rebuttal written out, but with how hard staff are coming down on people for this, I get the feeling even questioning it may put my Hype status in question.
It can alert Jesus to the site, but it can never be proved that a PM was sent; thus the site couldn't possibly be shut down. The only way WB could legally close the site would be if the pictures were posted in a public thread...
