My last job was EXTREMELY EASY! As museum doormen and tourguide, our jobs are mostly walking and talking to tourists. It payed minimum wage for an 8 hour shift, but I have no children or house/car payments, so I ate it up. When tourists wern't in I read, drew, played PSP, hear music. When I WAS working, I had a blast talking to tourists.

A lot of the people I worked with, though, didn't see it that way. They saw it as a hellish torture. I was like amazed: it was a little boring but we wern't doing pretty much anything at all, not carrying rocks, not even organizing anything(well, except the event organizers, who never really organized anything). I remember when the boss asked a tourguide to do tours on a request basis. Ha! It conflicted with his regular "staying inside the office writing"

They really hated it some of them. Of course, it was a contract job and you should have seen those guys going on about how much they hoped to get their contracts renewed. Not gonna happen for some of time.

All jobs have aspects that are frustrating...rude people, stupid managers, whatever.

However, if you actually hate the job itself, then why stay? It doesnt make sense. As a ten a got a job in a fast food place and hated it, quit after my first day. Since then I have only worked in fields that I had fun with. I'm not the brightest bulb in the crayon box, so my interest is in fun over something intellectually challenging or whether or not Im making a difference in the world. Fortunately, Ive managed to only have fun/stupid jobs/careers.

Some people have to pay bills and don't have the luxury of quitting.

Thankfully I like my job, I just hate the hours.

Man people hate on "complainers" alot, but if no one pointed out the problems no one would solve them. Maybe people that complain are simply trying to identify a problem that they can fix.
