Yeah, "So good" definitely has #1 A-hole written all over it, due to Franco's delivery. For the first time, we see how diabolical Harry really is and how this hate has driven him mad (forget super-serum).

Perhaps instead of Venom, they should have focused more on Gobby Jr.? I daresay I would have loved to have seen more of Harry's vindictive side coming out before redeeming himself.

In fact, I think James Franco delivered some of the best, most subtle lines in the trilogy. My fave is at the spider exhibit in the first one. He completely flip-flops when hee sees that MJ is interested. The way he repeats, verbatim, what Peter just told him is priceless! The kind of line that give this series heart.

True. They should have saved Venom for 4 and gave Marko and Harry more screen time

Godzilla2k, while I do love the idea of freeing up some of that story for Harry, however I don't know what he would have been doing. His singular purpose was to destroy Spider-man and you can only see the two fight so many times in one movie. I do think Franco stole the show with the best performance in SM3, though.

Maybe actually struggling with his decision to follow in his dad's footsteps? Instead of simply "Tell it to my father. Raise him from the dead" and BAM! he steps out of a gonlin gas chamber. That was truely anticlimatic for me. I would've loved to see his struggle with it. I mean, come on, Peter was his BEST FRIEND. He SHOULD struggle against his insanity in the form of his father. So much more could've been done with him.

So good is one of the best lines ever uttered in a superhero film. Haha.

Franco's "So Good" line followed by the wink were terrifically delivered!! :)

When Harry is taunting Peter about kissing Mary Jane. Something about her knowing him so well and that her lips taste like strawberries.
in the book after he kisses MJ on the web he says "mmm strawberrys"
so it made more sense to me

"So Good" was just so....I can't even describe the amazing emotion I felt when I heard that line XD

I kid you not pwns.

So good is about a nano-meter behind.

I believe the fact that I thought "I kid you not" was from a different movie is grounds for disqualification in my book.

It's only memorable to hardcore fans...

Franco's line was right on the spot. He stole the performance in this movie.

Yeah but,I liked both Franco and McGuire though. Tobey has great comedic timing, perfect for Sam Raimi and his blend of campyness and drama. Although his overly-emotional scene with Mary Jane in an already sappy scene was just too overdone. The audience understands the hurt [in the theater I went to, every was groaning when Mary Jane had to pretend she didn't love him] but he totally ruined it when he started "...but I love you". The audience went from extreme sympathy to extreme laughter. But that bothered me though, cause I can't enjoy a movie when the movie-goers ruin the experience (no wonder I like DVDs so much). Had he played the scene in subtly hurt and disbelief, one who is watching it really would of felt his pain. Instead of crying like a little *****. lol

I voted for I Kid You Not, burst out laughing when I first heard that.

I was never really aware "I kid you not" was even a meme before coming to the Hype. No joke.

so good was cooler....
off topic but in sm1 and 2 did anyone notice that harry was always left in the dark about things....i mean honestly...why couldnt peter tell harry
