Every other day on my way to work, I get one of those green shirts running up to me with a pad, basically trying to muscle me into signing something or telling me how far along this planet is to total annihilation. And I can't just say, "no thanks," because some of them have decided to follow me down the block asking if I care about the planet, do I care about the planet, etc. Leave me alone, dammit.:cmad:

PETA is more consistently hypocritical. Greenpeace is just ineffective.

you guys just dont care about the planet , shame on you .

i know the feeling we get a load of people like that in my twon for a bunch of different charities, the worst one i have seen was a girl i said sorry i could stop so as i get about 10 feet from her she screams that i'm nothing but a selfish f**ker.

and they wonder why people have no time for them

I would listen to what they have to say, they want to change the world..and think others will listen.People are too lazy to do this themselfs,so people go up to others.

every time you turn them away, a little piece of Earth dies.

all because of you

On one hand youre dealing with a downtown Chicago Greenpeace *****e , so I can relate to that.
But,on the other hand I kind of admire Greenpeace way more than PETA or the *****ey earthship hippies..
Greenpeace is pretty hardcore

here's the thing though...the earth is fine...hell, look at mars...true, it's barren and lifeless, but as a planet, it's still you know, a planet...what these greenpeace guys are really saying is "save us! save the people!"...the entire idea of saving the planet is ridiculous and totally uncessecary...it's not like the planet is alive, it's a giant chunk of rock floating in space...nothing we do short of blowing it into smaller pieces of rock is going to damage the planet at all in the long run...just us viruses who live on it
