Im on my laptop....I just feel like I wrote myself into a corner and cant get myself out of it. :(

Its just nice to bounce ideas off with someone. I lost that in a friend while ago :( I don't talk to him that much anymore cause of his girlfriend.

my seventh short story is shaping up nicely. It's a direct sequel to the sixth one, and it's also the one that gives the most clues about what's about to happen in the novel. No sex included though.

So Mission Impossible :Rogue Nation was really good.

I recommended it.

I´m definitely looking forward to it & i´ll be sure to add it to my other MI blurays when it comes out. :woot:

Reviews are great. I'm watching Ant Man on Sat but will definitely make time for MI at some point.

OK. Random question guys & gals. Do you feel the western genre in films is dying , on life support, dead, or just dormant? Also, while on the subject, which is your favorite Western film, if any?

Died quite a while ago and will never get back to its previous highs. The classics will always live on though.

Westerns could make a comeback, but they'd have to do something big to catch everyones' attention again.

I would say none of the above; if it was the 1980s, you could say it was "dying," but now the best way to describe it is "plateaued" after experiencing a precipitous decline. It's basically so niche right now that it's not really a genre anymore, it's more like a setting or period now within the broader historical drama genre.

Also: The Good, the Bad and the Ugly.

The question still stands though, which is your favorite Western film? Mine has got to be, The Outlaw Josey Wales.

Just badass!!!

Mission impossible seems like it's another good entry in the franchise.

That´s also another one of all time favorites, along with Once Upon A Time In The West.

I'd sell mine but they're mostly broken. :p

Bro never sell the classics. I have all my old consoles. My uncle has every one of his stuff from the early 80's.

We still have most of our old ones, except the NES.

I just finished the Spanish move BLANCANIEVES (AKA: SNOW WHITE) (2012).....very strange movie.

Is it stranger than The Incredibly Strange Creatures Who Stopped Living and Became Mixed-Up Zombies?

Team no sleep over here for the DJ. Drinking an NOS right now. I know if I lay down it's a wrap so I'm just going to sort these chunes. Gotta be at my AA meeting tonight since I'll be running the business meeting for it after the regular meeting and we have some stuff that needs to get done. I did get my drug test done for the new job, though. Also made a deal with a fellow DJ homie to swap libraries so I'll get his 500 GB here soon, that's going to be a lot of sorting haha

Well....it's a Spanish reworking of Snow White and 7 Dwarfs...where Snow is an amnesiac bullfighter travelling the country with the 6 dwarf bullfighters who saved her from the murder attempt by her evil stepmother....it's in B/W....silent....and set in the 20's Spain.

I got an email from Microsoft about getting the upgrade many moons ago. Do you have a Microsoft account?

I prefer to use 7 (Using Ultimate) and have Windows 8 installed but don't like it too much.
