They toned down his eyes. Before they were glowing like a werewolf but now they look more realistic. Maybe they glow when he's emotional.

Personally I prefer the non armored look. Seems more powerful. The Armor makes him seem oddly shaped since it's a high collar.

He feels like the Kingpin of the Galaxy. Like he's Fisks purple cousin from out of town.

Interesting insight on the scene where Thanos is holding up his gauntlet. This video speculates that he actually already has the green gem (Time) inside the gauntlet. This means he gets it from Strange before his minions return to him with Vision's yellow one.

That would look much better. At the moment he just looks like a hermit farmer or fanatical cult leader. Even his grooved chin looks like a beard instead of his iconic chin.

I like the realism and color. The thing I like about the manip are the facial features. Not the colors. The shape, his head is a bit more boxier. Smaller, higher nose. Wider mouth, etc. Looks more like Thanos

I'm really glad they've got Brolin's features in there and we haven't ended up with some weird looking CGI fest all over with uncanny valley face.
