A more sinister version of classic Venom is the way to go. There's nothing wrong with that costume, it doesn't look campy like say classic Gobby (Thunderbolts is the way to go) or classic Ock (Spidey 2 had the best Ock costume).

Sorry to break people's bubble but Venom was never pretty nor normal looking. Now I did like what they did with his look in Spider-Man 3, but they cant do the exact same thing again.

They may as well use him to his full monstrous potential seeing as he's one of the most monstrous villains in Spidey's foe gallery.

I like it as well but if they use Venom again get a good actor to play him that fits the part. Topher Grace does fit the venom part. He would made a better spider-man before playing eddie brock/venom. They get some who is strong and can act.

It's the most badass story arc within the spidey universe, and Raimi skated over it, and made it in to a damn farce!... I'd like to think that parts of why the series was rebooted, was so they could do the black suit storyline justice! Cause, dear God was that aweful.

Yeah cause it was like the actual story was

Spiderman got the suit on another planet. Brought it back to earth. Got tired for no reason. Found out it was an alien. Stopped wearing it.


All the Eddie Brock and Bad Spidey stuff .... was mostly a good cartoon and hype/legend.

McFarlene's Venom is the way to go,I think. Venom should be creepy as hell,but I'd also love to see the symbiote be more of a character too...and do more things. Like maybe lash out at enemies,stop Brock from falling,;etc like he did in SSM.
