This is DK holding back!Thank goodness, the mall cop, wannabe hack micro-author edgelord ******** is finally gone. If you look up any of the guy's writings, his nonsensical, disgusting opinions on here come as no surprise.
Makes me somehow glad that I missed most of the action.Thank goodness, the mall cop, wannabe hack micro-author edgelord ******** is finally gone. If you look up any of the guy's writings, his nonsensical, disgusting opinions on here come as no surprise.
A little annoyed you called him sweet and a prince, Sword. Far kinder than he deserved.
He did, but a broader conspiracy doesn’t necessarily equal the Court. There were hints of a broader conspiracy in Gotham too. Didn't Reeves at some point confirm Bruce would go even deeper down the rabbit hole? Saving the Court for the third act is a good idea, I wouldn't mind a more grounded villain rather than a fantastical one. If we get a trilogy having an over-arching villain would be great too.
A sex pest is strangely appropriate here.

That would be cool too. so you rather believe we'll dive more into Bruce's family history? That could work too. I really want the movie to be creepy. Like in that scene when Batman and Gordon went to that abandoned orphanage. That whole atmosphere was amazing. He did, but a broader conspiracy doesn’t necessarily equal the Court.
The rabbit hole that Matt is be referring to could be multiple things. Though, I believe he means as Bruce Wayne. For example: diving into his mother’s history which could lead him to investigating Arkham as well as the Elliot’s.

His good friend Sharon Stone said he's suffered enough.A sex pest is strangely appropriate here.![]()

I have read them many times and I love them.So you have never read The Long Halloween/Dark Victory, which are a major influence on Reeves' take and are officially year 2/year 3 Batman? Because Dark Victory is all about Year 3 Batman growing and taking Dick on as Robin.
He also posted a shirtless picture at one point to try and flex on a member and it….did not accomplish that goalLMFAO THAT WAS HIM?! This just keeps getting better and better.
This is kind of what I think as well...and I think it gives the best of both worlds really. Maybe at the end of the film we get a Robin tease but Part II is just Bruce and Dick.I have read them many times and I love them.
I was saying that I don't see them being crime fighter partners already in this movie.
I totally see Dick as a 13y boy being adopted. A time gap may give the chance, in Part III, of having a 18 year old Robin, which is more realistic and believable.
I think the focus, in Part II, if the rumors are true, would be in Dick and not Robin and in Bruce's arc with the final point of deciding to adopt him. Which is similar to what happens in Dark Victory, btw.
I don't remember the Dinamic Duo being fully formed in it, so it was basically what i said in the original post.
Btw, I think the "Dick and not Robin" thing may be what Gunn is playing with in his debunk of the rumor.
Very similar with how he answered to the Ultraman rumor.

Mmmmm I dunno he’s definitely a compulsive liar and bloviates a lot (Ben affleck architect of DCU LMAO) but he straight up said it was “nonsense”.Came to the realization that Sneider doesn't have a source. If you remember Reeves' Twitter posts during The Batman's pre-production, Reeves has already told us that Dick is in Part II:

Also, Gunn did not debunk Robin being in Part II, he debunked Sneider having a source of knowing what is in the script. He played the same game when Randolph accurately leaked the plot of Superman last year.
There’s no way this is actually your real counter argument. No way. I almost refuse to believe it. Thats pretty bad manBurton almost used Robin in Returns and was part of the reason he was in Forever, and Snyder's Batman had a Robin at one point. So, this point is both moot and irrelevant.

Even though Vic already takes a few cues from him, and we probably wouldn't have enough movies to get used to him and adapt THAT storyline even though I know Reeves and Keoghan would kill it, Jason Todd.Curious question for those who want to keep an open mind to this idea: If you could reimagine the timeline, other than Dick, who would you like to see as the first Robin of this particular universe?
I didn't really like the idea of Martha being psychotic, but if it leads into deep and dark family mystery I'll accept it. I like your thinking. You'd have it be Bruce's search be a reflection of Tommy Elliot's search.Well I definitely believe we should dive a bit deeper into Bruce’s family history, because it played a major part in the first film. With this being a trilogy, I look at this as Act 2.
One of my many theories I have is that Bruce is going to look into the history of the Arkhams, because that is in and of itself a murder mystery. All the while, Tommy Elliot is looking into Bruce since he would be under the impression that Thomas Wayne had his father killed.
I can also imagine a scene where Batman walks the halls of Arkham that feels like A Serious House On Serious Earth. Though I don’t want to go too far into this with fan goggles.
As for the climax, I see Harvey becoming Two-Face at some point and being responsible for causing Riddler, Joker and possibly other future villains break out.
Though, like I said, this is just one theory and only part of the story.

Yeah, Jason Todd would be awesome. You could always have previous cues echo with other characters. Tim Drake would be another good pick, if we skip Dick. Blüdhaven was already mentioned so I won't give up on Dick.Even though Vic already takes a few cues from him, and we probably wouldn't have enough movies to get used to him and adapt THAT storyline even though I know Reeves and Keoghan would kill it, Jason Todd.
Please explain to me how it's a bad argument? There’s no way this is actually your real counter argument. No way. I almost refuse to believe it. Thats pretty bad man

I think if they would adapt a bit from the Morrison Arkham Asylum story, with that creepiness and psychedelic vibe it would be amazing.
Harvey becoming Two-Face would need to be like it happened in the animated Series. With two personalities etc. On film it could be very dark. I just wish they would venture into other avenues when it comes to villains. Maybe not the fantastical ones, but what about Black Mask? Technically also another go at Scarecrow. You could also make Poison Ivy work in this universe.
It’s a terrible argument lolPlease explain to me how it's a bad argument?
