Why would pills just be strewn all over? Was he messed up trying to take more? Did he spill them? If he was taking them to sleep he wouldn't just drop them all over. Things don't make sense.

What if the pills had nothing to do with it. What if he was having an anurism or something and he was freaking out and trying to grab something to take and he just so happened to have sleeping pills nearby and when he grabbed them he died right then on the bed and they went everywhere.

I just don't buy that he was depressed, I think something else was wrong with him, in his body, and the pills being sleeping pills are just conviently there and for whatever reason spilled, I think the pills are coincidence. Will we know in a few ays after the toxicology report. This is sad, it sucks, i'm angry. I was looking forward to this mans cinematic future, he was so promising, what a talent, I feel bad for his kid having to grow up without him. I bet he was an awsome dad.

"The actor Heath Ledger was found dead this afternoon in an apartment in Manhattan, according to the New York City police. Signs pointed to a suicide or an accidental overdose, police sources said. Mr. Ledger was 28."

Man, what a horrible, unbelievable tragedy. Here's hoping his final starring role will be one for which he will be remembered for ages. All my thoughts and prayers are with Heath's family, friends and fans.

He was such an awsome guy; I couldn't believe what would have led him to suicide (if that's the case, but I'll guess we're gonna have to wait.)

Listen up, chum, cause I am only gonna say it once.......First, even the ones who had a problem with Heath's performance are still human (and decent) enough to feel saddened by this tragedy. Secondly, not everone on these boards has been 'whining' about Heath playing the Joker....some of us have been truly excited about it. How is showing some respect for a talented guy who died so young 'ignorant'? Some would call you ingnorant for your comments and attitude, but I honestly think you either lack some fundamental element of your humanity, or you just flat-out do not care. Either way, try to scrounge up a little decency and take your schtick to some other thread.
