Would you all want him to have a suit like in the comics, or incorporate actual scale-like texture onto his skin, with the scales having a scale-like reflective look? I may not be describing it right, but in essence incorporate actual scales onto his skin, thus replacing the orange scaled shirt with real scales (partially covering him - not solid scales like in the comics). Almost like a Mystique-like covering, but scales...anyway, you get what I mean, right?

Costuming before make-up for sure. It's not like Aquaman is known for any sort of strange inhuman features like Namor's ears, discounting his leg "fins" which have come and gone depending on the artist over the years.

I read somewhere that it's common to see blond male film protagonists depicted with somewhat darker hair than that of blonde females.

I think his hair needs to not look like he just come from a local hair dresser. He need to look like he is from the ocean. I like the idea someone mentioned earlier about his costume actually bein a part of hi body/skin.

Dirty blonde would be fine - maybe a little brown too. Dont want him to have a beard though and short hair would be preferable.

I want the opposite. I think th longer hair looks more bad ass. And the color will most likely be blonde. If the changed Cavil and Gadot's hair color to a darker shade I see no reason why they can't with AM.

At least the color that Chris Evans has for CapAm.
