I'm guessing these are the interviews that started the minor Renner controversy the other day. All I see is a guy having a fun time being involved in a huge movie, and flirting with the gorgeous Scarlett.

Haha yes, looking at even the filming stuff, you can see there's sexual tention. Stupid Scarlett stealing him... there's something jiggy going on.

They could always work their way up to that. I think for Hawkeyes first proper introduction as a character, and with Jeremy Renner in the role, it'd be nice for people to see his face, especially since he clearly won't be getting as much screen time as the big boys anyway.

He looks like a 90s Liefeld character with either the word 'blood' or 'kill' in his name.
616 hawkeye, or Bryan Hitch costumed Hawkeye are thus far acceptable to me.
Sorry, but I hope we never see "Killblood" on screen.

It wouldn't take much to exceed the classic comicbook suit, but I'm pretty sure that the three-eyed royal purple bondage suit in that picture wouldn't have too many viewers choosing it over the movie outfit.

Well I can easily see that mask being added. I think it would be a cool addition even for one scene. Or even a scene with the glasses and a bandana of some sort over his mouth would be cool. No target on his forehead though. That's kind of taken.

Just wanted to chime in and say I'm loving everything Hawkeye related. I liked what Renner had to say about Clint and his pride of being a hero despite not having powers or being the lone wolf cwink of the team. That is Clint down to a T.

I've also grown to like the suit and direction they decided to go with Hawkeye especially for this interpretation of the character. Renner will kill it.

I found this photo of Renner on Fangirl Central (tumblr). The person who posted it didn't give a source. The first thing that jumped out at me is how purple Renner's costume is. Hawkeye in purple! Yes!

Would you believe that some joker on IMDB said that Renner's upper arm has "jiggly fat" on it? Sometimes I wonder if people who say stuff like that are even in the same universe as the rest of us.

Those colors do look awesome but I think they are photoshopped. Some of the other producion stills show his costume mostly black with purple highlights dont they? Oh well I hope im wrong.

Well I guess i am wrong kinda...the suit looks all purple. just most of it is way darker.
