So, we'd get our first, live-action Justice League Movie and the most dangerous man on earth, actually isn't going to be part of the team, because he's chilling somewhere in Paris.

No. Christopher Nolan/Christian Bale's Batman exists in a universe were Superman doesn't exist.
If you bring JGL into a JL film you then have to ask: Where was Superman while Gotham was held hostage for 4 months or whatever it was waiting for a Nuclear bomb to go off?
Even if you use the argument that Clark was only 15 or so when all this was going on, it doesn't represent the character well that he did absolutely nothing even if he was only 15..
Batman should be rebooted to fit into a JL universe with the upcoming Superman film.
And that's fine but there are better ways of tying the movies together.
I think the end credits of MoS is going to be more interesting than the entire movie as it will show exactly what direction they are going in for JL.
It seems odd to me that they're casting before they have even found a director... I have doubts about this.
But this is an awful idea anyway. I'm not going to go on about how Nolan's Batman shouldn't tie in anymore, but there is a different issue here. John Blake isn't even a real character. He was made up for Nolan's movie. So a made up charcter not even a year old is already being considered to replaced the man who IS Batman? Batman Beyond was a great cartoon but there is only one Batman am it sure as heck isn't Jr cop hero over here.
If they mean casting JGL as Bruce Wayne that's also a crappy idea. The guy isn't the worst actor in the world but he doesn't fit the bill for Bruce. Neither in appearance nor personality. It'l draw in a certain crowd to see the film but it's not worth it if they want to saty true to the character.
