i have some connection in the french film industry and word is that Pinon had an offer to play a vilain in the Justice league.

Could he play Lord as an Adult and Baruchel him younger?

Do we know if he accepted the offer?

If we are getting reports of delays and cast members being sent home, I find it unlikely that the 2nd unit is shooting, although what Buggs is refering too is pretty much what usually happens.

Baruchel is 6' 2"

Or Baruchel would be a henchman? i could see him as a computer hacker.

Agreed. That is an interesting tidbit that it's possible older people were being considered... which is how it should be.

Well the Adelaid Newspaper is reporting that Palmer is just flying into town now. One paper said she is leaving, and the other one said she is just flying in.

Gerard Butler has too much of an accent and he is not one of those actors that can loose it. He is like Arnold with his accent. Butler woudl never be considered for a justice League as he would never be believeable as coming from Gotham. And it would be too easy for people to say "hey Batman and that Burce Wayne guy have that same accent?"

I would absolutely love it if we've all been duped and the real cast is not anyone we've been hearing about.( If J.L. even happens that is)

I wouldnt even be suprised if that was the case. Somebody mentioned that to me in passing. Micheal Bay is working on multiple scripts, several fake versions to throw off fans. It is entirely possible, anything is possible at this point with JLA.

Yea it would be pretty weird if all the names we have heard where a smokescreen. Out of the rumored names we have heard i do have to say common as john stewart and adam brody for wally west where two names i was fine with and will still be fine with if they end up being in the film.
