The Dark Knight Joker Police Uniform pic

And who's to say Joker will be in a female nurse uniform? You know there is such a thing as MALE NURSES. He could disguise himself as a male nurse and go about killing people in a silent fashion.

Personally I like the idea of Joker doing disturbing things in order to scare the audience. It seems Nolan is taking Batman into a darker direction and I'm happy about that.

Don't all hospital employees wear scrubs, but with different colors representing the provider group they belong too?

Some of you guys are stuck back in the 1950s when nurse uniforms were the all white/pink ones. In hospitals today, they all wear scrubs which are unisex. So I doubt he will be wearing the outdated nurse's uniform. Most likely he'll be in scrubs.

All i know is thats hes wearing pink :hyper:

Are you serious?

It suppose to be Joker's little jokey outfit and there were so many reports of him wearing a 'retro' pink nurse's outfit.

If he wore scrubs, then what would be the point? It's suppose to be a joke.

it was fun for me to writte stuff like nolan is god and he can no do mistakes. i still think he is one of the best directors. but there are stuff that i dotn like from TDK. reading this board i notcied that some fans are serious that they think that nolan cant do nothing wrong.

I don't think it's so much that "Nolan can do no wrong" so much as he always finds a justified way for doing something different.

My mistake then. I thought people were speculating what it would be like.

Me liking the idea of The Joker in a pink nurse's uniform in this movie has nothing to do with who's directing. I just think that's a totally Joker thing to do.

So, I just got a hold of this thread, and read it through, and I have just one crucial question.

Is he seriously wearing a nurse's outfit? No police uniform, or maybe two costumes in this movie?

he is wearing both a nurse's outfit and a police uniform...amongst possible others..

thats becuse it is something the joker would do.

seems some peeps up in here have some reading to catch up on.

the pink nurses uniform is waay too much for me to handle i would rather it didnt happen
however i can see it as something the BTAS version of the joker would do but not as many comic book depictions of him. It could possibly work but its gonna be difficult to pull off thats why id rather it didnt happen and stick out like a sore thumb in the movie as the bat-scream did for me in the first one. I didnt mind bales weird bat-scream as much as others did but never the less it stood out as an abnormal scene, I dont want this to be that for the jokers performance.

what was not to understand? in my opinion a lot of fans like this idea of joker in a women nurse uniform because nolan is the director.

a different director wouldnt get away with a joker in a nurse uniform.

jesus, this is not that big a deal. any good director could get away with it because it's a funny, f**ked up idea that fits right in with the joker's character.

I've realized it was a decent idea to have smaller doses of these forums, because some people's thoughts are full of ignorance. I think it is hilarious that people are accused of having blind faith simply because they think a certain direction the director is taking is a bad direction. Joker in a nurses uniform? How the **** is that not mentally ****ed and hilarious at the same time? Come on!

And how do you not like stuff from TDK? The movie is almost a year away...

Don't mean to bash, but sheesh. Some folks take this WAY too seriously. I love the charchter and after being away from all that was going on here I realize that it is not only ok, but great for a director to take this mythos and imply his own vision. Why is it so bad for a director to do things to the comic book world in which he is trying to portray? Who qualifies as a "comic book writer"? Since when did the "if it isn't precisely the way it is in the comic books, then it is garbage" idea make any sense? To me, these directors are like comic writers, only they bring their vision for the hero to life on a different medium.

why do some people think others are ignorant because they think joker is wearing a nurse's dress? extras on set are the only reason we think this. no one just thought, "nurse? oh. well that's a woman's job. kinda like makin babies and cooking and cleaning. they wear pink dresses. that's what women do." i mean, i'm sure some people still think that. but that's not the reason we assume joker is wearing a dress. we assume he's wearing a dress because extras on set said he is wearing a pink dress. pink scrubs aren't creepy and funny. a pink nurse's dress is. i don't believe he is trying to disguise himself. he is making a joke. and to the joker, dressing in a pink nurse's dress and blowing up a hospital is hilarious.

yeah but there are a great deal of people on here who think their opinion is the word of the comic book gods.

Exactly. I really have to wonder if the people complaining about this have actually read the comics.

Yes, that's exactly what I meant. Thank you.

Joker wearing a nurse's uniform? How sexist of him.

Stop being so overdramatic about the issue. It's not a big deal to begin with.

Male or female outfit, it's going to be amazing either way. So stop *****ing about it.
