Which kind of puzzles me, because surely, if it were a disguise, the white makeup and green hair would give him away? As would the crazy socks and hairy legs? And the fact that he's the only nurse running around in a pink dress?

I'm eager for this hospital scene. I think it is going to be absolutely hilarious. I envision Joker having a smile on his face while either walking towards the exits, or pushing a cart of some sort or something, and everyone is either running in horror after it registers with them just who this guy is, or people looking in complete confusion/horror. I think the fact that that the Joker would wear a uniform, even when it really might not be necessary, says a lot about his portrayal in the movie. He is putting on the uniform to get a laugh, he wants to kills lots of people, but do it with flair! This guy is gonna be so off his rocker that you don't know what to make of him, whether to laugh at his antics or be cautious that he isn't already planning something horrifying, but you would never know because his emotions are so detached from his actions.

yep. i think so. i can totally see a shot of his feet and hairy legs. then we pan up and he's in the pink dress and people are running around him screaming for their lives and he is just smiling walking out of the hospital, then the whole thing explodes behind him. that would be awesome
