Or not. There was a lot of talk concerning a Hulk sequel until the dvd came out. Now look where that's at, a new director a new type of movie. Yeah we'll see about singer and company coming back. he's gone after the dvd hits. Sorry...
See this is what you and others fail to understand..and I don't want to speak for everyone but I liked SR and the story so I am not settling for anyone...I want to see where they take the story next.WormyT said:Ahahahahahahah!!!!!!!!!

Dan Harris co-wrote a horrendous jean Claude Van Damme movie. IS that the best we can do for a Superman writer.
And some people are not only happy to settle with the tripe that was SR but actually want these clowns making more mockery adaptions of the greatest superhero ever.
Superman deserves better than a Jean Claude Van Damme writer.
Unbelievable.
Well I guess that was a fluke! And they even took the time to add lots of touches from the books all the way down to early villains etc.Tempest19 said:Also wrote X-Men 2, but suppose you left that part out- of course-

Before you state it's not possible, remember this is a Superman who can turn back time by flying around the world.

Great. Another crappy Superman film from Bryan Singer.TrailerCues said:In a Variety article talking about investors it is mentioned that Legendary is on board for the Superman Returns sequel:
If Legendary is unnerved, it isn't showing. Like Warners, Legendary insists it will turn a profit on "Superman Returns," and has given all indications that it's on deck to co-finance a sequel.
Like Legendary, all the funds argue that they won't be made, or broken, by just one pic. By investing in a slate of pics over the course of several years, they're virtually guaranteed a return of 10%.

Matt said:X-2 had several writers. That includes Zak Penn and David Hayter. All that Harris and Dougherty did was touch it up and put it all together.
