If you consider the amount of auditioning and screen testing they had going for Eponine, and the number of young actresses (many with much more film experience) who would crawl over broken glass for this role, I can't imagine that Samantha would be doing a poor job.

In some sense she's going to be fantastic for certain .... but I, too, wasn't convinced of her "Cosette" at all. And les mis confessions in such a lovely page...

I'm going to say yes, eventually. The movie and studio-recorded soundtrack is coming out first. Then most likely the cinematic album will be released alongside the DVD.

Good! I was hoping that was just a highlights version, since it was only one disc.

Someone on another forum I read is going to a SAG screening next Friday.

I went to a Fathom Events screening of To Kill a Mockingbird last night, and my mom took my picture in front of the Les Miz standee. When we passed the big poster for Lincoln she joked, "Do you want one in front of that too?!"

My dream is to hear one of the chorus songs, though, such like "At the end of the day" or "Work song/Look down". I know that "Do you hear..." is also mainly chorus, but that song seems so general in the trailer, it's almost soulless.

I saw the Thenardier one on a subway wall this morning while standing on the platform waiting for a train, besides billboards over Times Square and Broadway.

I'm gonna check out bus shelters around where I work/live on my way home. But nice to see them really kick into gear. I'm glad they're using the character posters, as different variations of posters generally peak peoples interests a lot more than just the same poster over and over again.
