Let's talk deleted scenes (merged)

those cut scenes probably will make it to a director's cut dvd or xmen3.5 dvd.

fox is only interested in making money off the franchise as much as it can and by cutting scenes out to be included in the dvd is just another way to do it.

That was in the version i saw, Nothing special actualy. Just a new shot for magneto to shine

Yes but it was a cool shot, now it just kinda looked as if he was playing with toys :D

Didn't Kinberg say that the Danger Room clip would be different in the final cut? What happened? Exactly.

They just messed up the whole X universe. Whatever. I'll wait for 15 years or so. Then direct it all correctly myself.

I swear I saw a Juggernaut vs Colossus fight... it was in my screening and I was shocked it wasnt in the final version

I noticed when Logan was talking to Rogue, Logan left out the "Hey" before "I'm not your father."
Also when Storm was talking to Rogue about the cure, Storm left out the "understand?" line seen in the 7-min prev. Maybe they cut out more words out.

The bartender from X1 that was rumored/speculated to make an appearance...Whatever happened to that guy? :p

A deleted scene?!..

I'm beginning to understand some of the frustrations over these apparently missing scenes now..

FEEL OUR PAIN!

I mean -- where the frigging hell is the tidal wave? The biggest sequence and it's not in? Fox must've been smoking crack...

OH YA what the hell?

I was upset that there was no eye plucking involing storm and callisto though. :(

Maybe they thought the tidal wave would overshadow Jean's water extravaganza??? :p

It was so messed up because it was obvious to me that something was missing from the battle...After a while, it seemed like a bunch of people just disappeared halfway through the battle before Magneto started tossing cars...

I'm not mad that the scene was gone (yet). I'm mad that we haven't received an explanation for why it was gone..

I just hope the DVD has extended scenes and about 15+ minutes of extra footage...because it was obviously filmed, we should see it.

there were a lot of cut lines in the movie...

Where was Logans, "We can make it like it was!" to Jean?

Where was Logans, "You might not come home SHE might not come home, are you ready for that?" to Bobby and Kitty as they were about to board the jet. To which Bobby responds, "We're not kids anymore."

The shot of Leetch being put in a CATSCAN like tube at 1:04 of the trailer.

Where is all this footage? The writers have even stated that they don't expect a director's cut of the movie on DVD because there wasn't that much cut out, but jesus christ, what do they call all this??? And I can't even imagine all the other stuff which we haven't even seen yet. They damn well better release an extended cut on DVD which is like 2 hours 15 minutes to make up for this lame attempt at an X-Men movie, man I feel so let down after having seen it tonight.

I just remembered the line from the trailer, "You have no idea, you have no idea what is upon us now."

He said it different in the movie.

Plus the shot of Rogue at the funeral looking at Bobby while he is holding Kitty's hand...

and wasnt there any more Cylcops scene?

meh, there was a lot of stuff that was in the trailer that wasnt in the movie at all.

Wouldn't this mean Ratner, Kinberg, and Penn were LYING to us when they said only thirty seconds was cut?

I'm sure the very first cut of the movie only had 30 seconds cut from it. Brett thought the movie was too long, so he chopped it down! IMO.

He was on a call sheet so it was definitely filmed

What interests me more is this Blue Screen scene Bill Duke said he filmed
