Brief history of the character in their films up to the start of the RPG: Hmmm, so much history...Tommy was seduced by Rita Repulsa and given the powers of the evil Green Ranger and command of the Dragonzord. With the help of the Power Rangers, he overcomes his curse and uses his powers for good. When he starts to loose control of the Green Ranger powers, he goves them to Jason and retires as a Ranger. When Lord Zed takes over command from Rita, and with Rita making another move for power, Zordon finds himself in need of a new champion and leader, and creates the power of the White Ranger for Tommy, with control of the White Tiger zord. When intergalactic being Ivan Ooze is release from his prison and tries to enslave humanity with his mind control ooze, and with Zordon near death, the Rangers travel to a far away planet...I can't remember the name, which is a good excuse to watch the movie again...to regain their powers and command of the Ninja zords. They return to Earth, defeat Ooze, and save Zordon. (One minor tweak for my story, Jason, Zach, and Trini never leave the Rangers. Boy, that sucked for me.) Also, Turbo never happened and that annoying little kid was never made a Ranger.

Tommy pulled out a chair, sitting on it backwards which, to be honest, always annoyed Kimberly a wee bit, but she always found some way to ignore it. Like, maybe, just focusing on Tommy himself.

[BLACKOUT]"So, I scored two free tickets to the Angel Grove celebrity baseball game tonight. You in?"[/BLACKOUT]

A familiar beeping sound interuppted Kimberly's answer. Tommy looked around to make sure no one was looking before talking into his wrist communicator.

[BLACKOUT]"Go ahead, Alpha."[/BLACKOUT]

"Tommy, Zordon needs you and Kimerly at the Command Center, immediately," the small, hyper active robot squelched over speaker.

[BLACKOUT]"Be right there."[/BLACKOUT]


Are there any attached NPC's that you will require for your character? The other Rangers (Kimberly mostly) Zordon, and Alpha

How many times per day do you plan on posting in character?: At least once, as much as possible

What, if anything, can you bring to this RPG? How cool would it be to set up a team up between the Power Rangers and the Ghostbusters to stop an attack by Vigo and Ivan Ooze? Huh, huh? Anyone?

Hey Kaboom, would you mind if I started Tommy's story off with a confromtation with Lord Voldemort, being as Zordon would have the capabilities to detect the disturbbance and its source, and dispatch the Rangers

In the year 2035 A.D. crime is virtually eliminated from Washington D.C. thanks to an elite law enforcing squad "Precrime". They use three genetically altered humans (called "Pre-Cogs") with special powers to see into the future and predict crimes beforehand. John Anderton heads Precrime and believes the system's flawlessness steadfastly. One of the murders the Pre-Cogs see are the murders of Rob and Matt. The murders aren't occuring in the future, but instead in a different reality.

When Anderton goes to investigate, he gets pulled into that reality, along with voldemort and all the other movie characters...

The Thai man stood at the lip of an enormous cavern, crouched behind a rock. Six of the man's thugs stood around, gaurding, idly flicking daggers and talking to each other. Anger burned in his heart. THese men were like Don, they thought nothing of their actions. They did not understand that they were bringing their own doom on themselves.

The theft of Ong-Bak returned, fresh in his mind. The defaced statue of Buddha, the head cut crudely off. His pledge, to find the head and return to his village, burned in his heart. He leapt from cover, letting his years of training take over. He landed knee first on the face of one henchman. he felt bone crush under the impact, and the man fell down, cushioning his impact. He rolled, and saw a dagger thrust at him. In a blur, he grabbed the attacker's wrist and bent it sideways. An exclamation of pain and a dagger tumbling to the ground rewarded his efforts.. Ting's elbow snapped up, cracking the other man's arm almost in half. He threw the man to the ground, then twisted and leapt in the air. His foot came down on another henchman's head, crashing into it and knocking him to the ground. The others ran into the cave, and Ting followed.

what did you have in mind?

keep in mind people there are two realities. theres the reality from which your character originated and theres the reality that was created after the merge.

The merge was instantaneous and every universe was folded into the current one at the same time.

if you want to begin your story before the merge, thats fine, but once your character merges into the main universe, they must act as though they have always lived in the new universe.

(the only exception to this is voldemort who is aware of the merge and came into the main universe before everyone else. thats why its okay for the death eaters to have realized voldemort is gone).

its also ok and relevan to the story that certain details are fuzzy. once you start trying to nail down exact details the universe begins to fall apart (think shell beach from Dark City). The heroes wil gradually begin to realize that the universe they exit is wrong and will go about trying to set it right.

SSF Marko and I will help progressing this overally story as the season develops. Until then, happy rping!

Yeah I get it know. Kinda confusing though. But then this totally screws up what I had in mind for Jack, but I'll deal and think of something new.

Whoops, missed that last night.

Ting is fromt he village of Nom Pradu in Thailand. It is a small farming villagel, very poor, and they have a temple to Buddha which is the town's treasure. Inside the temple is a man-sized statue of the Buddha ancient and made of gold. Thieves, acting as part of a drug cartel and acting on the orders of their boss (a crippled man who speaks only with the aid of a voice box), attempt to obtain a key from one of the old men in the village. The man refuses, and in retalition, on eve of the festival of Ong-Bak (the name of the statue), they cut off the statue's head (symbolically removing Buddha's gaze from the village). Ting, a student of Muay Thai for his entire life (the town priest was an expert Muay Thai fighter who became a priest after killing a man in a fight), volunteers to go to Bangkok and track down Don, the one known to be responsible for the theft of the head. There, he meets the son of one of the villagers who has descending into a life of gambling and scamming, but one who knows where Don is. The two eventually become friends, and through a series of events Ting discovers that the crime boss has been stealing ancient Buddha statues from all over Thailand and hiding them in the port of Bangkok.

This leads Ting to a final confrontation in a cavern where the crime lord is decapitating an enormous old statue. There, Ting must recover the head of Ong-Bak and stop the drug lord once and for all. The only things standing in his way are a veritable horde of expert fighters and one Burmese Muay Thai champion.

oh Marko, I know youre a gm and all, but AP and DR. E are silly/satirical characters. how do you pan to portray them in this universe?

Hmm...good call. Maybe I'll think that one over. Just put me down for Bond for now.
