Yeah, I really enjoyed it. But I don't have to rush to see it again. And I probably won't own it, but I may Netflix it.

I think the box office for Logan will be fine. I just don't believe that it can surpass X-Men Apocalypse worldwide box office, even with all the good reviews.

Apocalypse only made $543 million... Logan is on track for $600. I don't follow your logic.

Just a prediction. $3 million isn't a lot when it comes to box office. It can still very easily finish first.

My logic is exactly what I said. I don't think it will beat Apocalypse, which means it won't make more than what Apocalypse did. To simplify for you, I believe it won't make more than 543M.

Track is just a prediction. Is not an exact science.

But I hope all the best luck for Logan cause I really loved the movie. I just don't like the idea of movies like Logan and Deadpool making a lot of money cause the Studio might think that this is the way to go and not make more movies like X-Men Days of Future Past and Apocalypse which cost a lot of money to make.

For me, a proper X-Men movie it has to have huge visual effects and big scale bad guys.

I'm guessing a movie for Deadpool and Logan is fine to be small time villains that they can defeat alone.

Apocalypse as a villain for Deadpool or Logan wouldn't have worked cause they wouldn't be able to defeat them by themselves.

Again, I'm happy for Logan's success but I hope the next X-Men movie the big bad scale is as big as it was with Apocalypse.

The problem with Apocalypse was Bryan Singer. He's afraid to embrace the comics. And thought that Apocalypse should be a guy with a soft voice who thinks that all mutants are his kids. That's not Apocalypse, Brian Singer has ruined his chance to make a good Apocalypse movie.

And the whole Mytisque and Beast actors not wanting to embrace the full body blue paint it was just another thing wrong with that movie.

Overall, I think X-Men Apocalypse is the best x-men movie, even better than Logan. Even with all its problems, X-Men Apocalypse was the closest x-men movie to get everything right.

I disagree with you on Apocalypse.i feel Apocalypse was done well and very approate.and if you like DOFP or apocalypse or both the one largely responable was singer as director not the writing.Apocalypse pulled from 616 and ultimate comics and both the 1990's and evolution animated shows.

yes X_Men films need more money than deadpool and logan had.remember logan is even more grounded than any of the 4 films singer directed.

Logan's success challenges notion deadpool is how fox has to make films from now on.

Lgan is also example of both quality & people wanting to see jackman & Stewart's final X film.

I loved both X-Men Apocalypse and Days of Future Past Rogue Cut in special. But I feel like specially x-men apocalypse could have been better. Some of the scenes that got cut should have been in the movie. And Apocalypse should have been more threatening.

Deadpool was a good movie but not everything that people say it was. I feel like the huge success at the box office was due being the first Deadpool movie like when we got the firs Spiderman movie it also scored really good for being the first.

I really doubt that Deadpool 2 will make more money than it's first movie.

Anyway, Logan was nice and all but I don't want the x-men movies to become about bad military guys chasing the mutants with cars and guns looking like a Cop movie.

I want X-Men Supernova to be even bigger than X-Men Apocalypse in terms of destruction, caos, and risk.

I really feel like X-Men Apocalypse should have gotten an extended version. Even Logan is getting already a black and white version which I think it sucks, I don't want to watch a black and white movie.

I know several people, myself included, that would disagree. I've seen it twice, and am itching to see it a third time.

I think you're probably in the minority. I really enjoyed this movie, but it falls close to the kind of film like say, Saving Private Ryan, where I'm not itching to instantly watch it again.

It's not as intense as SPR was, but it's definitely a grim film. So I can see why not a lot of people are going to be up to instantly hop back in the theatre for it.

I respect, and understand how one can feel that way. I can't get enough of it though.

You're exactly right. I loved Logan. Is an awesome movie. But is not the type of movie it makes me want to watch more than once, or even 3 times. I'll just probably see one more time before it leaves theater and then I'm done. Will just wait for the HD version.

I havent seen Logan a second time yet, though I'm certainly willing to. Logan and The Wolverine(which I already have) are two movies I absolutely have to own.

The day it's released on Blu-ray, I'm buying it.

If I was single, with a bottomless wallet, I'd see this movie everyday in theaters... until I eventually got tired of it.

Watched it a second time. So good and emotional. So drained. I was more emotional the second time because I was preparing myself for it.

I can see diehard fans as with any property seeing it more than once but for the next tier of fans I can see this not being a repeat view type of film until it gets to streaming services and/or bluray. It's ok to come out of a film emotionally drained but it's not something I enjoy or get giddy for. I can wait.

I'm old enough to remember that tickets were once cheap enough that I would go see a movie I loved several times. For example, I saw the first Spider-Man movie five times in theaters, and I saw Spider-Man 2 six times. No way would I think about doing that now, sadly. It takes a lot for me to want to see a movie in theaters more than once nowadays.

That said, I might be seeing Logan again this weekend. I have plans to hang out with a friend, and we decided that we're either going to see that or John Wick 2 (which I haven't seen yet).

Boxoffice.com is projecting a 54% 2nd weekend decline, which means the 89M OW Logan has legs, which means it will top 200M easily and cream Apocalypse in NA, that means it only needs to make just over 300M internationally including China to top Apocalypse, and it's probably already made 70M there already, and is projected to make 100M, that means it only need 200M internationally minus China, and it already made 110M in the first weekend.

In short, Logan's going to make at least 600M, personal guess is 650M, which are both way above Apocalypse 523M.

Edit: Just checked, Apocalypse only made 80M OW in NA, I don't think it got that much repeat viewing from casual moviegoers anyway.

Seeing this again tonight with a friend of mine who I saw both The Wolverine and Days of Future Past when those came out. And I haven't seen a movie more than once in a theater since...maybe The Imitation Game or Days of Future Past. Looking forward to having my heartstrings pulled at again.

Excellent. Hoping to catch it again this weekend, or Monday night.

Once hard numbers come out, it is much more of a science. You are ignoring all the facts when you say you think that it isn't going to beat Apocalypses world wide numbers.

Everything points to, yes, yes it will. It has a good chance to beat Apocalypse's China numbers, even with opening lower than it, because it won't be facing something massive like Warcraft.
