Jackman is getting what he wante.ending on high note.and fox is smiling all the way to the bank for going along with r rated film since jackman took paycut allowing mangold to make film for 97 million.

The wife and I went to see Kong on Sunday, and the theater was about half full. Afterwards, a guy who had just bought 2 tickets for Logan, asked us if we wanted his tickets because he had a family emergency and couldn't stay for the movie. We took em, went into the theater, and was completely shocked to see it almost sold out. Definitely more people there to see Logan than Kong.

BTW, we found out after the movie that the guy who gave us the tickets lost his son in a car accident. His name is Brian. If you pray, pray for his family.

OMG I'm sorry for that guy. It must have been terrible for him to found out like this. Best for the family.

About Logan box office, I think is really doing well but I don't want the next movie to be a fight against people with guns. I want to see more visual effects. I go to see Super Hero movies on theater to be amazed by the visual effects and not see some chase in the forest by military people with guns.

If it settles in the top 3 above Apocalypse and TLS that would just be perfect. I'm still massively satisfied that this is crushing Origins. I genuinely didn't know what to expect from this.

Not surprising. That movie really underperformed so bad. Which makes me think - what if X-Men Apocalypse became the final X-Men movie of Hugh/Patrick, then it had the other Ot cast members. It would have gotten more money at the box office.

It very well could have. But it also might've done better business had it been a better film than it turned out to be.
