by the way, after rewatching the trailer I think that Logan's shaking hand in the beginning of the trailer is grabbed by X23 in the end of the trailer to comfort him after he had to burry Prof. X.

I could imagine that througout the movie Laura is not capable to show empathy because of the trauma she experienced in her life and in the end of the movie she learns to trust Logan? (expressed by this gesture of comfort)

Also I'm not sure I've seen any comments on that here, but I love, Love, LOVE the fact that his dog tags say Logan. We've seen the dog tags with Wolverine play a role in Origins/X1/X2 with Rogue, Sabretooth, and Logan himself. But now thanks to Jean's help in Apocalypse he remembers the name Logan and got different dog tags. I just think that's amazing.

Edit: Oh and I also love how the water tank with the bullet holes kinda resembles Cerebro. I think that is intentional as well given how big of a role Cerebro (and his powers) play in Charles' life.

The new dog tag bothered me until now. Thank you!

Yeah I kinda felt the same while watching the trailer, and it will probably be ten times worse when watching the movie. Bring tissues. All the tissues.

Deadpool Director Tim Miller has left Deadpool 2 apparently due to creative differences with Ryan Reynolds.

Fox movies sure have a hard times keeping directors.

Its kinda funny how people made out deadpool was gonna have such a huge influence on this universe when really Logan feels in no way influenced by deadpool apart from maybe more trust in the R rating

For record only X2,Deadpool,Apocalypse,and Logan keep directors.

I do find it funny that some thought miller and deadpool writers would control Deadpool yet it was already slipped by Singer than Kinberg was working on X-force,and now Miller Is gone.

I do think Reynolds causing Miller to walk is sign Deadpool will be centrel character In X-force.

your right in that r rating is about only thing deadpool and Logan have in common.

it defently seems like logan is far more old man logan than we thought it would be.crossed with death of wolverine and Introducing X-23 as wolverine replacement for future set films.

since they didnt want to reveal that she is x23 when the trailer was realesed they removed her claws from this scene. smart.

Remember, Hugh tweeted photos of himself with a buzz cut and bushy mutton chops. I don't think we've seen anything from the third act. I think come the third act, he'll have adopted his signature mutton chops, but with a buzz cut.

Also, Hugh had the full beard and longer hair early in production. He tweeted photos of himself working out early in production working out with full beard and hair. Then later tweeted other photos of himself with buzz cut and chops.

it could be that it was easier to film those scenes with shorter hair and mutton chops at the end of production. i dont know how this would fit in the third act.

i agree with a lot of people that they didnt show the third act. i also belive that it will be a little more CGI heavy. but i hope its still an old Logan with a long beard.

The claws could also be CGI'd in too. Might be more practical on someone who is more acrobatic like X-23 (and Sienna or whomever is doing stunts for her)

The claws are likely to be CGI since i doubt it would look right to stab people with prop claws for these scenes

i agree. but they still didnt have the cgi claws in the shot. in 2016 its very fast and cheap to add cgi claws.

On the whole "did Logan kill the X-men??" thing (something I'm very conflicted about whether or not I think could work for this movie); remember, they don't say "the X-men are gone", they says "mutants are gone", so what if it was a virus that killed the mutants?? There's precedence of that in the comics, right??
