I hope we get more character portraits like Patrick's, it'd be cool if Mangold introduced each actor one by one. These little teases are good, and hope there's a steady stream of them.

so will Wolverine dismember some bad guys in the first act who will get transformed into cyborgs to take revenge later? I will be very pissed if they don't give us a new comic accurate Lady Deathstrike!

I don't see Lady Deathstrike being in this movie. But time will tell.

At the end of this Wolverine film series, they can market the box set as Logan's Run. :o

None of the Wolverine films are based from Logan's Run. Just because Wolverine is called Logan... it doesn't mean Fox could just market it as Logan's Run, especially when there's a book with that title that has nothing do with the Marvel mutant Logan. Most likely, they will just name the box-set as "Logan the Wolverine Trilogy".

they will put logan with origins and the wolverine as a wolverine trilogy.

at some point fox may even put the 6 X-Men films and 3 wolverine films together in Box
set.

The title isn't going to keep people from seeing this film lol. Once they see a trailer, they'll know that Logan is a Wolverine film.

You might as well say that title is not important and they could have just leave it untitled and it won't matter. Not everyone who goes to the mall to see a movie, have already saw the trailer of a movie they are about to watch.

Yeah. It's a miracle every time people recognize a James Bond film when he is never in the title.

Oh wait. There's no problem.

The title's a mixed bag for me.

I'm glad they choose a title that didn't include Wolverine in it but name titles are so generic and boring. Like John Carter or Hugo. Like if Nolan named his BB sequel 'Bruce Wayne', instead of The Dark Knight. :o

I was actually hoping the rumored Weapon X title would have been chosen instead. It definitely sounded infinitely better.

Either way, no biggie. The title is superficial.

Oh please, its not the same thing

of course its the same thing a title like skyfall to the general audience will not click that its a james bond movie

wolverine has been called Logan way more times than he has been called wolverine in this 16 year franchise

Titles are important. They just don't need to be the name of the main character. And if someone if going to the mall to watch Logan, I can only assume it's because they have at least some faint idea as to what it's about.

I think the claws are all they need to be honest to get that it's Wolverine. Like the Batman/Superman crests, it's an iconic part of the character. They don't necessarily need the entire name, that's why the poster just shows his claws, because that's all it takes for us to know it's about Wolverine.

Marketing is doing a good job so far releasing these pics definitely creating a interest

Marketing the R rating of this movie will create interest because even if some are tired of the character just being told its an R rated movie will get people curious to just how far they will go with an R rated wolverine movie

Anyone thinking we may get a teaser or something similar from New York Comic Con?

Does someone know who is Boyd Holbrook playing? A mutant DEA Agent who's hunting down Mr. Sinister's drug empire?

No, that just sounds stupid. :D

Lol I can't see him as sinister but I think he is one of sinisters henchmen
