Obviously no matter what gif I'd use next. This would be the only response.

Me. Hugh is so stiff as Logan and he wouldn't look good fighting beside or against Reynolds who looks excellent during fight choreography.

I want midget Wolverine

LoL

Jean Grey: Logan Wya?
Logan: Busy, helping Prof X
Jean Grey: Scott's gone for the evening
Logan: .......

I think Hugh would be great with Reynolds. He'd be the perfect straight man to Deadpool's antics.

As for fight choreography? Well Leitch made John Wick. He assembled a great stunt/choreography team. If he sticks to Deadpool for a couple films, providing 2 is a success, I can see Jackman's Wolverine flourishing. He'd have a lot of fun.

great! thank you.

Well, the difference seem to be that the actors here try to deny it while Ian McKellan and others do not have any problem speaking about this "hidden transcript" very openly.

"I have no qualms with it but I think people like to see it much more as a love story than it actually is. It’s brotherhood to me."

but fair enough, you can definitely see the love story between Captain and Bucky by watching the movie with a (queer) oppositional gaze.

I would argue that Bucky and Steve are a case of queer baiting, rather than anything else and the quote provided by David summed that up perfectly.
"I have no qualms with it but I think people like to see it much more as a love story than it actually is. It’s brotherhood to me."
The way it's framed (as well as acted and shot) opens up possibilities of the relationship being viewed 'as if they are a couple', but within the context of the story they will never actually be. You can have hugs, male gaze and everything, but it is not something that will ever be validated. Though to be fair I do really enjoy both characters and their relationship. Heck the Cap movies are my favorite in the entire MCU by far.

Admittedly, it also isn't very different from the relationship between Magneto and Charles in the First Class trilogy, actually that is basically the same situation. The difference being that the entire X-Men franchise has been big on LGBT metaphors. And the fact that, as mentioned before, we have LGBT cast members who acknowledge a lot of these elements within the franchise and point out that they were intended.

yes, you are right. Let's get some queers into the movie theatres without offending any Donald Trump enthusiasts while doing so...

Women >

They love this ****

X-Men is the only major comic book team where the Female's are legitimately better than the Male characters

Why did DavidHaller get banned?

It's only so long you can disrespect the MCU and get away with it. LoL

But he was crazy disrespectful to anyone who didn't agree with him that Singer's X-Men were the gold standard of comic movies and it
Probably was the two choice words he had for me & psylockolussus yesterday.

All these pics and the trailer look great
but I'm still torn on how to feel about this movie
1.) I don't like 'Death of Wolverine', which is supposedly one of the two inspirations besides OML
2.) The last movie built me up then fell apart at the end (which also brings us to...)
3.) Fox still doesn't know how to make a good CBM. It only happens out of luck when they get the right crew and remain relatively hands-off... it has absolutely nothing to do with Fox's oversight

So I'm hopeful, 3:10 to Yuma was great and Hugh Jackman's the man, but I'm also kind of expecting the worst

I just have Cyclops voice from the old cartoon in my head, "Brace yourselves, people!"

Oh jesus and people wonder why i as fan of x-men who list X2 as one of my 3 favorate comic book films and prefer x2,DOFP,and X-men over all MCU get into
problem with MCU fans.

Since we're talking metaphors Magneto and Professor X will always be Malcolm X before his pilgrimage and Dr. MLK to me. Both great men striving for the same goal more or less through different means. One is more confrotational while the other is more subtle and calculating.

"Oh jesus!"
well how bout as a fan of X-Men, who has read their comics for 25 years, and lists X2 in his top ten CBM's.... I still feel the best X-films have worked in spite of the studio who produced them, not because of it

I'm not attacking anyone's love for X-Men, or even the X-Films themselves
So how bout not rushing to get in a fight with a fellow fan to defend the honor of a billion dollar Corporation
k thnx

I am hardly blind defender of fox like some are of disney.apart from denoucing last stand and origins i have critzed idea of focusing more on spin-offs than actual X-men films though the supernove rumor suggests another X-Men film in coming in 2019.and i have critzed the hell out of lawrence for her causing them to turn mystique into katness and spend 90% of time in apocalypse.me saying i don't want full X-Men films to be like deadpool and fact i hate even the suggestion of Kinberg directing a X-Men film.
