After the overwhelming praise this film has received from critics in attendance for the first act of the film, I'm a bit hesitant in including a post credits scene. But knowing how this universe will keep on going as well as the fact that Hugh/Ryan do want to work more together, I'm not surprised and glad it'll be a post-thing.

The post credits scene doesn't even have to take place whenever Logan takes place, it could take place in the present-ish day Deadpool takes place. Or they retroactively put Deadpool closer to Logan's year since they don't ever say when it takes place to make it easier.
 
supose to be with reynolds as post credit scene.could be to set up X-23 for Deadpool 3.
 
Least people can stop the talk of deadpool being in its own universe after this movie.
 
I wished they would use this scene for Deadpool 2 instead.

I expect a very emotional, atmospheric movie and I do not see how Deadpool will fit into this movie without ruining the tone entirely.

sorry, sounds like a very bad fanboy pleasing decision to me...Mangold should not compromise his vision AGAIN for genre ******** like The Wolverine's ending.

It would be cool to see if Deadpool and Laura came out of the same program. Hard confirmation that whatever Ajax was doing in Deadpool was part of Weapon X.
 
timetravel with Cable to get Laura to the past/present would be the only thing I care to see which is worth ruining the tone of this movie.
 
It could be something as simple Laura ending up at Sister Margaret's something, kinda like how Rogue and Logan met in the bar in X1. Or it could be entirely unrelated, but Hugh/Ryan have always wanted to make up for Origins and stuff so it's like...not the worst thing to ever happen.

Thing is nothing in report says reynolds and jackman shoot anything together.and at most it will be a minute long.

assuming both xavier and wolverine die in Logan post credit scene very well could be deadpool finding X-23.it may very well be like tony stark at end of Incredible Hulk.

Laura is really the element in there for future of franchise.the rest is farwell to Hugh Jackman.

The one concerning element of logan nomatter how well trailer looks is are rest of X-Men dead in film.that is going to make doing more X-Men films problematic if audence and fans know they all die except for logan and xavier in between future ending of DOFP and Logan.and then both xavier and logan die In Logan.They really then would be turning X-Men into Deadpool
& X-force franchise.
 
This likely has ties with Laura (X23) and X-Force.

The fact they would have managed to keep it quiet surprises me more, especially when thewrap managed to find out this scene was even filmed with Reynolds
 
Why would Cable come from his dystopian future to go back in time to fight/team up with Deadpool.. Then go back into the future to get X-23 to then go back in the past again to be with X-Force.


Cable & X-23 is a pretty stupid theory
 
Liefeld tweeted something about some casting news that'll make people "go through the roof" next year, so perhaps he knows something about Cable/Dom and that they're in the bag already.

But yeah, I don't think we'll see Nate at all. Pretty sure it'll be something a bit more low key and be focused on Laura, since I don't think Logan/Wade will interact.
 
cable could very well be cast but fox and actor are keeping this under wraps.

Logan may take place inbetween Deadpool 2 and Deadpool 3.

on other hand it's sad state of affairs in film which may say most of X-Men are dead and show both xavier and wolverine dying they felt they had to have Deadpool in it even if it's just post credit scene.It pretty much says deadpool and X-force is what the franchise is about.

Not everything gets out for every single film. They have been casting for months and months. It's not that crazy to assume they have someone.

Plus this contract is allegedly big, negotiations will take time.

Let's all just rejoice because its not Disney and fox gets X-Men so thoroughly
