Nope just a homewrecker and some sweet tea. I tend to not drink before a house party gig, it's not like when I'm at the club and only have to do an hour or two. This will be several hours so if I get wrecked I start making mistakes. These folks are paying good money for me to come rock the house so I try not to disappoint

Ya it's quite large. Nice neighborhood too and it's right by a main road so I can get anywhere in the county pretty darn quick. Really can't beat it for $420 a month. That includes everything too, no utility bill or anything like that. Has WiFi, washer & dryer. And my room was furnished too. I lucked out when I found this place a little over a year ago

Ya the owner has a couple houses all across Florida. He's a cool dude too, smart as hell. He has several engineering degrees.

Just depends where. There are tons of dirt cheap places all over the place but urban and especially the beach is expensive
