Despite the general conservative slant of his personality and some of that creeping into his writing, I loved many a Clancy page turner as a youth and think Noyce's CLEAR AND PRESENT DANGER is one of the best espionage/political intrigue thrillers of all time. The books up to CLEAR AND PRESENT DANGER, from CARDINAL OF THE KREMLIN, RED STORM RISING, HUNT FOR RED OCTOBER ect., are pretty good to, even with all the military tech porn thrown in there.

Yep. I believe it's a mod that makes you the High King of Skyrim and gives you new acitons.

Not related to anything, and I didn't know where to post it, so I'm sharing here. I can see an owl outside my window. Great-horned owl. It's really pretty, and also a little scary. I tried to take a picture, but a photographer I am not, so....no picture.

Also, I saw a mama deer with a wee little one this evening. The baby was literally frolicking.
