Wait until wine o'clock kicks in....
My health is rather f***ed up, I can't eat or drink like 80% of the usual stuff and doctors said it's incurable so I stopped visiting them
and trying to survive on my own, trying to find what makes the least problems to me.
They said it's dangerous, so I said they'll treat me the way I want, since they were just pumping some s*** into me which was not helping that much at that point anyway, but they did not know what to do with me, they even wanted to try some experimental medication on me which I politely refused.
t: Just a mess. And the funniest thing was, later I needed some papers, some confirmation I was in the hospital for that time and there were no records of that hospitalization when I told them they'll not put more of that crap into me... I couldn't believe it. But I was young and did not do anything about that. Nowadays it would be a completely another story.
t: And smoking and drinking is bad for me too, but... I can handle some very dry wine from time to time. The interesting thing is, my body just can't handle any kind of sugar. That's pretty weird, doctors wanted to make some tests on me but so far I was not in the mood.
Don't tempt me, I was able to stay sober yesterday (except for some Amsterdams finest action) and it seems my lighter does not work so so much for that endeavour tonight. Which is good, smoking even a little makes my skin all spotty, dry and itchy the next day.My health is rather f***ed up, I can't eat or drink like 80% of the usual stuff and doctors said it's incurable so I stopped visiting them

Dunno what happened. I was totally ok when I was around 24, then I had to be hospitalized two times in one year, medication though infusions and all sh***y stuff... another hospitalization after some months... so I said f*** this, you can't help me, I'm going home. They said it's dangerous, so I said they'll treat me the way I want, since they were just pumping some s*** into me which was not helping that much at that point anyway, but they did not know what to do with me, they even wanted to try some experimental medication on me which I politely refused.

Eventually I figured I cannot eat like nearly anything but at least I don't end up in the hospital, so that's a huge plus.t: And smoking and drinking is bad for me too, but... Shame it's not anything we should be quite happy about.![]()
That sucks Consona, hope it's not as bad as it sounds...
Just saw "Three Billboards..."; I loved McDonagh's previous work so didn't expect anything less this time, I love his approach to everything particularly characters, their interactions and how they fit the whole narrative while being clearly defined almost immediately (to later on disrupt that perception).
Just great.

I havent seen Shape of Water yet but so far Three Billboards is easily my favorite of the major Oscar contenders.
I Tonya and 3 Billboards are right after that oneOh damn, forgot about Dunkirk for a minute, lol. Yeah that ones still my fave but Three Billboards is damn close. I, Tonya and The Disaster Artist were both a lot of fun to me, but I dont consider them particularly Oscar-worthy outside of a standout performance or two. Same for Lady Bird, tbh.
Octavia Spencer was good but she didn't do anything nomination worthy. Hawkins misses my line up which atm is:The Disaster Artist and I, Tonya were just so damn entertaining. First one mixed hilarious and heartfelt moments so well. The latter was like a mix of Goodfellas, Black Swan and To Die For - not as good as any of those, sure, but it was just amazing to watch. I Tonya is my win for best ensemble of the year every single actor there used their screen time so well.
Jessica Chastain seems to be a one note actress to me, but she plays that one note really good tho.
