My phone is going ****ing nuts today. Constant reboots and so on. It's a Galaxy S4.

I need to do a format and reinstall of all sorts of ****. Its irritating as **** since I'm going to lose a bunch of programs and progress in my little phone games .

On the plus side, if my phone be FUBAR'd then I do have a Galaxy S3 I can use in the meantime and just shift my SD card to that.

Dances with Wolves and Pocahontas were the two movies I remember being most often associated with Avatar. I do think I heard Ferngully a couple of times, too.

Turn it off for a few minutes, works sometimes.
 
i was off for the second time this month today and i did pretty much nothing. #noragrets lol
 
I'm through four episodes, and Defenders has been a big bucket of "meh" so far. Better than Iron Fist and Luke Cage, but still underwhelming. Hopefully it picks up steam in the second half, which it does appear like it's about to.

Also, those scene transitions are annoying the Christ out of me. It makes the show feel like a 90s sitcom.
 
Ha, and Aziz was the one who enjoyed Iron Fist too. So you KNOW you can skip it. ;)

ive watched 3-4 episodes so far and i didn't completely hate it, but i wasn't hooked like when i watched DD, but i'll finish the show.

yall know i have all the patience in the world. my queue of books, movies, shows to see drives some people mad (like reek lol)

okay stupid question time:

i am cleaning out some stuff and just found a bunch of old music cds. i dont need them anymore, but can't i copy them onto my computer before i give them away in case i want to hear them again? is that legal? it's called ripping right? and do i need a certain software to do so?

and yes, i know its 2017, but ive never needed to know the answer to this before now hah

Under US copyright law, if you convert (rip) an original CD that you own to digital files, then this qualifies as 'Fair Use'. ... According to the RIAA web site, it's acceptable to make a copy of an original CD as digital music files or to burn a single copy for your own private use, but not to share with others

The only way I can turn it off is by removing the battery otherwise it comes back on by itself.

I'm transferring everything to my laptop now then formatting the thing. Hopefully it fixes it.

just put them on your itunes and youre fine.

Yes, iTunes can do it. Just import the tracks.

If you have a device with Windows XP, you can use Windows Media Player. I can't do it on W7, don't know about more advanced operating systems.

I gave her a bath and rubbed her with a dryer sheet, it just blunted it. :( She's going to be Reeky for a while.
