Considering the activity of Boko Haram in that region it makes a lot more sense than the first EO he signed. Still doesn't make that much sense in refers to the US though since I doubt the North African extremists have their eyes on the US.

It doesn't really make sense. Boko Haram doesn't really operate outside of their north eastern Nigerian state (Borno) and the surrounding region very much. They occasionally do stuff in neighboring countries like northern Cameroon, Niger and Chad.

The underpants bomber is the only Nigerian Islamic terrorist I can remember attacking the west. He was a part of Al-Qaeda and trained in Yemen. He had nothing to do with Boko Haram.

Religion is primarily broken down by tribal and geographical lines in Nigeria. Hausa ethnic group in the north are predominately Muslim, the West which is the Yoruba tribe is divided among mainly Islam, Christianity, and traditional religions. Igbos of the East and Ijaw in the South are predominantly Christians.

A travel ban on Nigerians is going to effect millions of Nigerians who aren't even Muslim. Most of the Nigerians who travel overseas are the wealthy Christians in the south of the country of the country.

There is a Congressional Republican (I think the head of the House Oversight Committee), defending Trump's accusation of wiretapping and promising to investigate it. His logic is "we don't know if its true or not til we investigate it."

Here's the rub, the President has unequivocally deemed it to be true while providing no evidence. And now, rather than demanding that the accuser of these insane accusations prove his allegation, House Republicans are investigating it. In other words, Donald Trump has accused the former President of a crime with no evidence and the House is trying to prove it for him. Absolute madness.

Every Legitimate News Outlet on Earth: There appear to be about 1,000 links between the Trump campaign and Russia. Here's a ton of evidence to support it.

What happens if it turns out there was a legal wire tap for say Manafort, who just happened to be in Trump Tower?

I forgot if I heard this here, or on the news. If I understand correctly though, they can wiretap a foreign person, but not an American without approval. Though this has exceptions based on the position of the person accidentally caught inbetween.

So they can eavesdrop on the Russian ambassador, but have to ignore who he's talking to. However a Flynn, or Session's position in the government make them exceptions. So it might be that they were tapping the Russian ambassador, and he just so happened to call Trump Tower. As for tapping Manafort himself, no clue, I agree that's a question for Matt, lol.

Plus, like said in here several times before, Obama didn't just go rogue, and install the wiretaps in Trump Tower physically himself. If he made the order it's because he received probable cause from our intelligency agencies. Then I'm assuming he'd have to get a judge's approval as well. Trump may believe a president is a king, and one man show, but it doesn't work like that.
