Man Terrax is one bad dude who was a herald of Galactus. I think he would beat Thunderstrike pretty handily. Now were it Thor, I would vote the other way.

I would have to give this one to Terrax...what with the powers that Galactus gave him along with that axe, and his own mutant powers being amped up by Galactus, and him just being visious and ruthless as he is, and the fact that Thunderstrike isn't as powerful as Thor...Terrax wouls tear him a new one.
