Marvel Legends, Selects, Universe- Thread - Part 2

We know Nuke is in this wave, so now that's 4 slots filled. The remaining three will presumably be comic based. Hopefully we can get another Serpant Society member and FalconCap. Also, no Civil War line could be complete without Nitro.

Out of the figures revealed today, I'll only be getting Black Panther.

Id personally prefer songbird and speedball /penance over nitro

Those two are musts as well. Just hopefully Songbird will be an improvement over the one from the lost wave.

Can anyone tell me why Marvel Legends sporadically makes the 6" movie villains? Looking all the way back to IM2 no Whiplash, GOTG no Nebula or Ronan, Thor Dark no Elfs. Do they save them for later on down the line? I am hoping for a Crossbones 6", but going on history not sure what to think...

Have you guys seen these DC Icons figures? I knew about them but never went to a comic shop to check them out in person. But I was in one yesterday and saw they were actually the same.price as Marvel Legends retail. I dunno if that was just my shop......

I dunno. I have most of the dc characters I need between old DVD versions I likes and the Mattel line a couple years back. So I'm not gonna get a whole new line. Just wondering what you guys thought about them. I'll probably get a Booster Gold if and when they do one.

The Batman in the first wave is a little short, but other than that they're pretty sweet. Lots of articulation & accessories.

That new Select Spider-Man I've seen pictures of today looks really sweet. I wish it wasn't so tall, or else I'd snag it for my Legends display. At 7 inches, it'll be quite a bit taller than my other Legends figs.

I still need to grab the last Legends Spider-Man, the one with the pizza accessory. I'm using The Amazing Spider-Man 2 movie figure in my display now.

Many are asking where Vision and Falcon are....

Falcon can easily be a build a figure with that wingspan.. but he could also be in a box set..

box set of 4 (Hawkeye, Falcon, Vision, Ant-Man)

or 2 box sets of 3 (Hawkeye, WinterSoldier, Falcon) and (Widow, Vision, Ant-Man)

Here's all the new reveals on display:

Cap Wave 2:

Nuke will have a non-cyborg head, Fury also comes with a Dirk Anger head. No BAF officially confirmed, but we know it's [BLACKOUT]Giant-Man[/BLACKOUT]

Cap Wave 3:

I have no idea where that Cap comes from, but MCU Wanda looks amazing! No BAF announced. Iron Skull was on display with Wanda at Nuremburg, but is missing here for some reason.

X-Men Wave 1:

All of the original leaked list is here except for Wolverine. It was heavily implied Apocalypse would be the BAF.

Dr. Strange Wave 1:

Dormmamu is the BAF, and is basically the same as what was in the SDCC set.

Miles and Peter are both on a new teen buck. Hobgoblin comes with a second, demonic head. Again, now word on a BAF.

Exclusives:

Punisher is at Walgreens, along with the previously revealed Namor.

Maybe the Peter Ultimate Spider-Man. I'll have to compare it to the Spider-Man from last wave.
